The lady spoke clearly ensuring everything that was said was understood fully, she wasn’t pushy, she allowed time for the information given to be thought about and arranged a date to discuss it further and go forward with the plan. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making a decision, very professional service would fully recommend to anyone.

What if you are an organ donor.
It was all very easy. My only concern and I had to telephone to enquire was, there is no box on the application to indicate you are an organ donor. There is nothing within the literature to cover the topic either.

Organ donation is managed separately through the NHS and needs to be organised when a person dies in hospital, as the process can be extremely time sensitive and must take place shortly after death where donation is possible.

I bought a prepaid funeral plan online. It was a very easy process which I completed without any issues. The certificate came through the post quickly and the person nominated received notification within a few days.

Fantastic- cannot recommend highly enough
From my first contact with the company just after the death of my mum they were efficient and empathetic. They lived up to and beyond their advertising claims - it's a very long time since I've experienced such wonderful service.

I am disappointed that I sent an email…
I am disappointed that I sent an email within a couple of days and no-one has taken the time to get back in touch with me. On the day couldn't do enough and then once plan in place they can't take the time to reply. I have been meaning to get in touch but been extremely busy with work.

I have arranged a pure cremation for my mum. It was very easy and the staff were very kind on such a sensitive topic. Seamless and fast to arrange. Professional at all times. Even offered my mum some bereavement counselling after her brother passed away.
Would highly recommend.
The price was so reasonable too and I am assured everything is taken care of when the time comes.
