Quick and efficient service again.

I ordered a Samaritan defib Pad replacement - it arrived within a few weeks! Great service considering so many places couldn’t seem to get them. My defib is now up to date again.

Safelincs refused to send the order to Finland.

First order with this company and delivery was extremely fast and arrived undamaged. I spent a while looking online for replacement Kidde combi smoke/carbon monoxide alarms and couldn't believe the price when I saw them on safelincs. Great service would recommend thanks.

I ordered a smoke alarm replacement, thinking it would come as a complete set (may fault) so that in case it did not work as a replacement for my old existing alarm I could wire the new one. When it arrived it contained only the parts that were meant to be replaced. When I telephoned Safelincs they were very helpful and they even agreed to search the parts not included in the purchase to enable me to wrire the new smoke alarm, which they did and posted to be free of charge.

Product was ordered and arrived intact. First time I have bought a combined smoke and carbon dioxide ceiling alarm. It even speaks to you!

Ordered August 11th, have not received and am not able to track. There is a connection to track package by entering Eircode but that keeps returning that it’s an invalid Eircode.

Arrived fine, started working ok.
Too early to tell if doing its job!

The description of the fire alarm on the website was comprehensive and accurate. It was supplied with an adaptor to make it compatible with my existing fire alarm, so did not have to drill new holes in the ceiling. The quality of the alarm is robust and it was delivered on time. Service, information and goods all excellent therefore.

The actual company themselves were great - clearly laid out information, quick dispatch, well priced and very helpful. However, they do not declare that they use Evri for delivery which is the only reason they scored 4 not 5.
