As I am not familiar with booking a flight in this way ,your operator Baska malik did everything for me .she was patient and very knowledgeable and achieved what I needed .I will definitely use that company again and will you ask for her .

I had losts of trouble in booking my flights with the same company. Mainly because I mis spealt my sir name. on the first occation the agent had to cancel my booking and charged me £100.00.
Then I found another flight which suited me. When I booked it I still have mis spealt my sir name. I was very lucky to get Mr Kabir Shah. He did not cancel my booking and said let me see what I can do for you. He found me a flight suitable for me and was very understanding. I am a 80 yr old man and he comforted me all the time. Every question I asked he was able to answer and keep me at ease.I wihh him well.Nice to have someone understanding and helpful.

The service that Arya Clerks provided to me she made sure I was happy with the service she gave me, and many thanks to her. I will be looking forward for my future flights with Arya Clerks.

After my booking got complicated due to the airline cancelling the second leg of my flight, Kabir Sha was very helpful to get me a new flight at a reasonable price and after I read some negative reviews about Ticket Lords Ltd. all hope was lost. But thank you Kabir Sha for persuading me to trust you and that you were willing to issue a ticket before I made final payment. I could review my booking on the airline's site and that reassured me.
I've got my ticket and is looking forward to my travels.

Scammers scammers, they will trick you with a cheap ticket then pretend that the flight is no longer available only to keep your money and refuse to refund you, please avoid this agency by all means necessary and alert people around you, scammers scammer. Bunch of scammers well organised scammers

The agent who helped me today was outstanding. He listened carefully, offered clear solutions, and treated me with genuine courtesy. It turned what could have been a stressful moment into an easy one. Thank you for having such a thoughtful team member.

The company are unprofessional and total scammers to take unjustified money from you. Avoid at all costs
DON'T USE. They try and sell cheap flights and then expect you to pay extra costs because flights become unavailable or from a different airport that you originally book for.
Its an easy way for them to take some of your deposit and give you back partial refund.
Steer clear of them

This business is a scam. Go to their Glasgow registered head office at 1 Sherbrooke Drive (private house) and ask for Shaista Shah and she can offer refund. Alternatively you can go to their old registered address in 780 (ground right) Crow Road Glasgow - its another private house and ask Rizwana for a refund.

Phoned few times about my deposit to be refunded .how on earth they will tell me that its the airlines fault which in the first place it was agreed and confirm in their part that everything is confirmed ,and now they won't returned my whole deposit.tha manager tried to bribe me to removed this review and she will return my deposit.i have the evidence via email about the confirmation. I'm begging you don't ever use this company they're fraudster scammer.they ask for deposit and when yoir about to pay for final payment the agreed flight is no longer available .they will offer you an expensive and different dates not on the one that you've agreed.the agent is so rude and tried to make you feel that it was your fault.
