Phoned few times about my deposit to be refunded .how on earth they will tell me that its the airlines fault which in the first place it was agreed and confirm in their part that everything is confirmed ,and now they won't returned my whole deposit.tha manager tried to bribe me to removed this review and she will return my deposit.i have the evidence via email about the confirmation. I'm begging you don't ever use this company they're fraudster scammer.they ask for deposit and when yoir about to pay for final payment the agreed flight is no longer available .they will offer you an expensive and different dates not on the one that you've agreed.the agent is so rude and tried to make you feel that it was your fault.

I had a good experience with the officer who served me, Mr Kabir Shah.
From the beginning on 1st to the end, he remained composed, friendly and helpful.
Mr Shah gave me time,to talk and explained to me whatever I was not sure.

Made a good choice coming here,normally go to Trailfinders but going on the net I was drawn here service was very good and the agent who looked after my inquiry was on the ball helped in every way he could and ended up getting me a good deal so now I’m flying direct and not spending time at stopovers so very well done Zayn Thanks a lot

I was looking for cheap tickets I have seen one for 1800 I was supposed to travel with my wife and 4 kids I was ask to pay £420 deposit which I pay to them then they come back to me saying the flight has unconfirmed my ticket and they have found another flight for over £3k I ask for my money back they send me email about the refund they say I’ll get £250 and then the rest they only give me £220 and wanted to give me travel voucher saying I have accepted that on email and I never did I accepted that they still got my money I’ll not recommend this site to anyone the guy I was dealing with his name is kabir all they wanted is your deposit ones they have to you are done I’m not living my money in your hands even if that takes life time scammers

Alisha was very helpful. She got me a flight within our budget and was very clear on all the logistics including layover hotel transfer and we got a discount voucher of over £100 to use for our next flight open for 5 yrs. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you Alisha

They took advance payment for the confirmed flight and then increased the price. Do Not BOOK its a scam

Your staff repeatedly told me that your phone lines were down and that you could not take my balance payment, while still assuring me that my booking was “confirmed.” I made multiple calls regarding my ticket and specifically to pay the remaining balance, but your team refused to take payment due to these claimed technical issues.

When I became suspicious and requested a refund, only then did you suddenly claim the fare had increased and you refused to refund me, which clearly shows the situation was created to charge me more.

The balance was not paid because your staff would not take it, not because I failed to pay.
Your explanation is therefore incorrect.

Absolutely ridiculous stay away from these scammers and fraudsters because that is what they are pretend the can secure you tickets for reputable airlines at half the cost , in order to obtain your deposit, can’t do enough for you then once deposit is paid they drop you like a hot potato won’t answer calls till after your cut off point to pay your balance then say you have forfeited your tickets , absolutely full on fraudsters then try to get your money back they are rude and lack any customer service they only want your deposit and will then drag it out and offer you vouchers and a 5 percent refund on your initial deposit , I warn everyone don’t give them a penny they are scammers

We had a very disappointing experience with Ticket Lords. We booked flights and paid £160 deposit via debit card, but when my mother tried to get a refund, the company refused to return my money once they could no longer provide their services basically leading us astray and lying to us. We was told the refund had been processed, but it never appeared in my account. Every time we called to resolve the issue, the call was abruptly disconnected repeatedly when I asked for my full refund.

They continuously lied to us telling us the refund was being processed then to be told only £16 was being refunded which is not acceptable. They are quick to take your money but when they can’t deliver the flights that you require they want to refuse to pay you your money back. Their customer service is extremely poor and unhelpful, and I cannot recommend using this company. I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank and reporting them to the relevant authorities.
