Almost 3 months later. Ordered 3 jumpers. Not yet received. Refuse to refund money. Come up with every excuse. Disappointed and annoyed! How are businesses allowed to trade like this.

UDFYN- scammers

UDFYN - a supposed Australian Company, yes they are probably owned by Aussies, but they purchase their products from O/S, it has taken them 4 long months to be able to fulfil our order and then after the shipments, the order in bits and pieces, advised that they cant fulfil the entire order and will issue a refund. Why did they take the order if they cant procure the goods & the refund has never been seen & in fact the company just ghosted us from then on in... Dont waste your hard earned money dealing with this SCAM company, I would suggest you use Total Workwear or other smaller printing places that you can visit in person.

Make sure you order from the .com.au…

Make sure you order from the .com.au company they are in Sydney. I contacted them to voice my concerns about the reviews and notice all the bad ones are from the .com site. I told them if there was a Pay Pal option I wouldn't be concerned so they are emailing a Pay Pal link in the morning. Simple guys do your research

Scammers

Scammers, why can’t someone take them off line And stop this !11$250 down the drain. Ordered work uniform early Jan told us 4 days ,they even messaged me to say our logo needed modifying to fit the shirts. Charged extra , we gladly paid thinking this was legit. The phone on website rings out, the online chat doesn’t reply. Tried to find out where are order is for 2 weeks .
Following their reply review, a heap of rubbish. They issued an order number, and on every request we made for information on our order (with order details ) no reply. Infact we are now 2 months and nothing. Bank have deemed it a scam !

Our online turnaround times are general guides and are based on readily stocked items with print-ready artwork. All orders are subject to review, and we encourage customers to contact us before purchasing if they have a specific deadline. Turnaround time begins after the artwork proof has been approved, as this represents the client's final sign-off confirming all design elements are correct.

As a customized workwear company, our products vary significantly in size, color, style, decoration method, position, and quantity. Each logo is individually reviewed to ensure optimal file quality for the best possible results. We strongly suspect this order was placed during our peak Christmas season, a period when courier delays are common throughout Australia. We had prominent warnings across our website regarding potential delivery delays during the Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year period. Our main courier partners, Aramex and Australia Post, experience increased volumes during this time. Customers were notified of this and given the option to select their preferred courier service, but were also clearly informed that no delivery time guarantees could be made during this peak season.

Our stringent quality control processes ensure superior product quality. The "file quality check" is the first phase of production. Upon receiving an order, we review the client's file against our minimum specifications, which are detailed on our product page and during the logo upload process at checkout. If a file doesn't meet these specifications, we, as a courtesy, do not proceed with production. Instead, we contact the client to discuss how they would like to proceed. The options are: 1) Proceed with the file as provided (no cost), 2) Resend the file in the correct format (no cost), or 3) Request our graphic design team to reproduce the logo. Depending on complexity, logo reproduction is typically charged between $15-$85. This working file is then saved to the customer's profile for future orders, and a copy is sent to them upon order completion.

We are committed to finding a positive resolution. Providing the order number will enable us to investigate this thoroughly and address your concerns. We look forward to working with you to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

Do not order from this website

Read the rest of the reviews and save yourself the hassle by finding an alternative supplier, these guys will not deliver your product. They take your money just fine, but that is all they do.

DO NOT ORDER FROM UDFYN. SCAMMED $215 OFF ME.

If I could give zero rating, I would. I'm unfortunately one of the customers that have been scammed, $215 gone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Poor communication and customer service, from both emails and live chats.
Sponsors or companies that are listed on the website, are fake. Good fake bait advertisement. Do not waste your money and time, you will not received your item. Ordered 5 tops from 30/10/2024 - received one top over two weeks later, four other items never received and no updates.

We'd like to explain our process in situations like this, where items are temporarily out of stock. Customers are offered a full refund option and provided with an estimated replenishment date. As a workwear and uniform company, we aim to build long-term relationships with our clients. The nature of our business requires prepayment, as all items are completely customized to your specifications and cannot be resold or distributed. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, our system and client requirements are frequently changing, and orders are not allocated stock until artwork approval. This means that, very rarely, items may be out of stock without our immediate knowledge at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, this was the case with your order, and we sincerely apologize for this situation.

Now that you have received all your items, we kindly request that you consider reviewing the quality of our products. We take great pride in the manufacturing and production of our workwear, and we have even seized the opportunity to manufacture our own line to address a gap we identified in the market. Awaiting on my order still

Awaiting on my $500 order, website says fast turn around but it’s been weeks. Worst communication. No delivery update. They don’t answer the phone and they ignore you in the chat. Useless.
I do not recommend!!!!!

As you may recall, this order was placed during our peak Christmas/New Year season. We had site-wide notifications regarding potential delivery delays with our courier partners, Aramex and Australia Post. While we experienced significant backlogs during that period, our team has been working diligently to catch up, and we believe all parcels have now been delivered. Providing your order number will allow us to verify the status of your specific shipment.

Regarding a physical address, we dispatch orders from our Melbourne and Sydney warehouses. As a primarily e-commerce company focused on keeping costs down and offering free delivery and competitive prices, we do not currently offer pickup options. Our facilities are production facilities, and orders can be processed in any one of them depending on the specific items ordered. We are not a traditional retail store with a storefront.

Unacceptable delivery times

We placed our online order in August and still have not received full delivery in Dec. They take your money then don't deliver. Sadly, the uniforms we've received so far (albeit 2mths late) are great, but there is no way we could recommend this company or buy from them again. They are just too difficult to deal with. They lie about delivery dates and they don't answer phone calls. Their "online chat" system shows there is someone online but no one replies. Do NOT use this company.

In this instance, the courier label generated conflicted with the first part of the order that was dispatched. This was caused by a system error with Australia Post, which has now been rectified. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the delayed responses. We'd also like to acknowledge that this issue was raised during the Black Friday/Christmas/New Year festive season, a period when responses and deliveries from couriers were significantly impacted. We believe this issue would have been resolved much faster during any other time of the year. Unfortunately, we are reliant on Australia Post for instructions and feedback regarding the location and resolution options in such cases.

We hope to work with you again in the future. We've improved our services to now include delivery insurance, express order selections, and we now allow clients to choose their preferred courier service. I rarely write reviews like this but I hope it helps someone else from dealing with these people and I really wished I had read previous reviews before purchasing. Order placed on 16/11 for staff Xmas shirts. Today is 11/12 and still nothing and not even a reply from their customer service. $300 down the drain

Your response only highlights your poor customer service and terrible response times. You haven’t even replied to my emails and messages from December and yet you have chosen to reply to a negative review on a public forum to try and restore your image. You have offered compensation; no apology in private to deal with the matter. You have also chosen to blame a third party provider regarding the delay in delivery. If you check your order diary properly you will note you guys were actually WAY out on your quoted timeframes for production and dispatch. To add insult to injury you actually have the nerve to ask for a positive review on the quality of your product? Are you actually joking? We ordered these shirts specifically for our staff to wear in the lead into Christmas. The shirts arrived after Christmas which was a complete waste of time and money. If you continue to do business like this you will not last guys. Sorry

I'm extremely satisfied with the T-shirt printing services I received! The quality of the prints is excellent, the colors are vibrant, and the shirts are super comfortable. The team was also very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Ordered a few Campbell polos to check…

Ordered a few Campbell polos to check quality before a big order. Very impressed! Quality is spot on—fabric’s soft, fits true to size, and looks great. Got the free mock-up and design service too, which was awesome. They emailed my design quickly.
Saw some reviews about delays, so I made sure to ask for express shipping. It’s not really promoted on the site, but I reached out to support and they sorted it for me. Paid extra for express shipping, but my order came right on time.
One thing—don’t reply to the automated emails, they’re no-reply ones. Learned that the hard way 😅
Overall, happy with the polos, and now I’m going ahead with the bulk order!

Do not buy from this company …

The whole interaction with this company has been a very unpleasant ordeal. My order took a month to come and when it did they sent the wrong shirts. I emailed immediately and let them know. I sent numerous emails that all went unanswered. I also left messages on voicemails. They eventually responded asking for photos to which I sent a photo from their site of the ones ordered and the ones I received which were obviously different and a poorer quality. They said these were the newer ones of that kind but I said no I wanted a refund. They then said they would send a return label and have the shirts collected. I had to email three times asking where the labels were. Again all emails and calls went unanswered. When the shirts were eventually collected I heard nothing. I sent numerous emails asking when my refund would be processed. They sent an email saying 2 to 5 business days After almost two weeks and more emails to them I get one back sayings it has been processed but still no money has been refunded. This company has very poor customer service, poor communication and poor quality of the items received and returned. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them.
