Despite being on back order the item arrived promptly with good updates from courier company.

This product is bullet proof. It was easy to install and very cost effective. The delivery was a little fraught but when it eventually came it was simple to get going. I couldn’t get the wireless controllers to connect but really I just needed the humidity controller to get this system working.

Poor customer service and returns process. Website appears like the company has a great returns process but reality is somewhat different. Returned a product that's a different size to advertised on site. Returned the product by recorded delivery and heard nothing. 2 weeks later chased it up to be told that product "cannot be returned". Complained as its not as advertised and now being given the round around by "customer services". Taken 4 weeks to "measure" by 1 vent I returned.

This company are posing as UK company when in fact they are based in Holland. All deliveries come from Holland so there is no way then can make deliveries in "within 3 days" as claimed on their website, they just have an holding office in the UK and this should be made clear on the website and it not. My delivery did eventually turn up and the stuff is fine but if you want stuff quickly order from a supplier that has UK stock.

Placed a order of £600+ over a week ago and still not delivered it. Checked tracking and its being returned to them for no reason. Company is impossible to get of, and slow at replying to messages, emails. Would not recommend.

I accidentally bought the wrong size air valve so I contacted customer support to initiate a return. Not only did they reply instantly, but they offered to refund me without returning the product to save me time, reduce CO2 emissions, and minimise waste.

Great service and communications. Discussed if item would fit an extractor hood, told it would and it did. No problems.
