Totally unsatisfactory product and service! Lino came with multiple triangular tears in it, there was a slight print defect and it was filthy!
Trued to get through to customer services numerous times- the line kept ringing out and then connecting to a B.T answering machine and although I left contact details I never got called back. Ended up having to throw the lino and reorder from somewhere else. I've used this company before to order the same product in a smaller quantity and received excellent service so am baffled by this experience.

I recently purchased a 2 x 3.5m piece of vinyl flooring for my bathroom, along with adhesive from Vinyl Flooring UK. While there were some positives, my overall experience was disappointing.
Adhesive Performance & Advice

One of the highlights was the adhesive, which performed exceedingly well. I also appreciated the advice given regarding the quantity of adhesive required; it was spot-on and prevented any wastage.
Quality Control Issues

However, the main drawback was the quality of the vinyl itself. After unrolling the entire piece, I discovered that the vinyl was torn in two separate places. What makes this particularly concerning is that these tears were deep within the roll, not on the outer layer, indicating that this was not a shipping or handling issue. The product was well-wrapped, and there were no signs of damage to the packaging, further suggesting that these defects originated from the manufacturing process.

Ordered from pictures on website, put sizes l needed into order form, it costed it for me . I ordered item and it arrived with in a few days. Fitted day after, fitted spot on , great service and good product, unfortunately both adhesive cans had broken tops though so had to create a new top that worked.
