Fast And Easy
I often visit my local Walmart to buy small items. The prices are generally affordable and I especially appreciate the fast self-checkout. On this occasion, I bought chocolate bars and was pleased with the price as well as the speed with which I was in and out of the store. In the past, I have bought puzzle books and even clothes as well as numerous other types of items.

The worst ever online service. My order was lost after one month of waiting. Now I am having a fight for my reimbursement. Not even sure who / where is the customer service location. Never never never again
Not what I ordered and items were tampered.
I ordered 2 of the same item on their website, one in size Small and the other in size Medium. I received a different item than what I ordered. One of the items arrived damaged. The size tags had been cut out of BOTH items, making it impossible to confirm sizing. Although after measuring both items, I believe them to be both a size SMALL. Walmart asked me to review the items, which I did exactly as I am doing now. They kept rejecting my review, stating it contained shipping or fulfillment info. I also posted a photo of the item I received to show it is different than the photos on the website. They called the photo "inappropriate". It is literally a photo of the pants and nothing else. Thankfully, I was able to return the items to my local Walmart store for a full refund.

worst customer service ever, ordered photos with next day delivery and almost 1 month later walmart is still not able to deliver the photos as their excuse is the photo lab is out of paper ???? i have been calling for almost 1 month trying to get my refund as they are incompitent and cannot deliver on the services promised, they keep telling me i will have my credit in the next 24-48 hours, i have called 8 times and waited 1 month and still no credit. DO NOT order photos from walmart, i re-ordered from Bureau en Gros, no issues, photos were ready next day as promised. Walmart... you lost a loyal cutomer, i will never walk into any of your stores again, your customer service agents have been rude and dismissive. I am beyond dissapointed in your service.

Horrible, we have been purchasing frozen ground chicken in the 4 pack which are supposed to be 454g per each bag well we noticed that when put in the pan before it would not take 4 bags in the pan and now over past month the 4 rolls fit in with no issues, we weighed the bag and they are only 395-399g per separate bag. So all together they are stealing from us by at least 55G per bag which equals to 220g total yet charge us more for this product. Call 800 Customer service to get blown off by a lady named Noon who I could not understand at all.

En résume, j’ai acheté un télescope sur le site web de Walmart et j’ai reçu un télescope différent à celui que j’ai acheté, j’ai appelé pour faire la réclamation et la représentante de Walmart m’a dit que on va m’appeler dans 2 ou 3 jours pour coordonner la livraison du bon article et retourner lui que j’au reçu. 5 jours après j’ai reçu deux courriels pour retourner l’article mais rien concernant la livraison du bon produit, j’ai appelé un 2eme fois et le monsieur m’a dit qu’il ne peut faire rien, qu’il faut retourner l’article et acheter a nouveau lui que je besoin.
C’était un cadeau d’anniversaire a donner le 9 aout, maintenant je vais acheter autre télescope en espérant ne pas recevoir le même que j’ai déjà reçu.
Très mauvaise attitude du monsieur avec lequel j’ai parlé aujourd’hui le 7 aout 2025 vers 20h23.
Je vais me plaindre de cette situation avec le bureau de protection au consommateur.

They Admitted They Havent Even Shipped It (Although They Originally Lied And Said They Had) And We Cant Even Get Our Money Back As It's Even A Fight To Do So. Poor Customer Service – Walmart Refused to Correct Their Own Error
I ordered two twin mattresses online from Walmart for my children. The delivery arrived quickly, but one of the mattresses was not the one I ordered — it was the wrong product. I called customer service right away and simply asked that they send me the correct item as soon as possible, and they could pick up the incorrect one at their convenience.
Instead, I was told I had to print a return label, wait several days for pickup, wait for the item to reach their depot, and then wait for a refund. Only after that could I re-order the mattress I had originally paid for.
This is incredibly poor customer service. The mistake was Walmart’s, yet I’m the one expected to fix it — with delays, extra work, and no apology. I urgently needed these mattresses to replace old ones for my kids, and now I’m stuck in a long and frustrating process because Walmart refused to take responsibility or offer a basic solution.
I’m deeply disappointed and would not recommend Walmart’s online shopping to others based on this experience.

what a crappy scammer, I purchased a tablet in july on my card naturally paid full on card then had to return it due to technical issues within 6 days. those creeps put me on 6 month installment plan without my permission and charged me 75.33 monthly added to my total on my july bill. how crazy? when I returned that tablet.
when I saw the statement I was furious and demanded explaination they couldnt explain.
I first spoke to a rep then to the mgr both couldnt resolve my issue, refused to credit me then I said I will not pay 75.33 the wrong charge and will escalate to BBB.
today theyre closed will contact them monday to get my rightful money.

overpriced immoral drop shipping
Walmart dropships items with a huge mark up. The Flowbee hair cutting system can only be bought on their official website for around $200.
Walmart Canada charges $1200 for the item and than purchases it for $200 off the flowbee website and ships it out ripping the customer off $1000 for the product.
Also the shipping for the item is 2 months confirming it's being drop shipped. Walmart is the most immoral company in the world. Selling it for $1000 more should be illegal
Received Coffee Instead of a $477 Camera: Walmart's Customer Service Nightmare
I ordered an action camera from Walmart for $477 and shockingly received coffee instead. It's now been several days, and the issue still isn't resolved. The biggest frustration is that I'm not receiving the return label they keep promising. It's apparently a glitch in their system, because I'm receiving all other emails from them except the one with the label. Every time I call, they say they'll escalate it, but nothing changes, and I just end up in the same loop. This experience has been beyond disappointing, and the customer service has been ineffective.
