Dreadful equipment, dreadful Customer Service. Keypad lock continually saying battery is low despite changing twice and took them 5 days to respond and a lot if batteries my end. Then asked me my alarm serial number,err I clearly stated it was a keypad door lock not an alarm.
Another day passed and I get asked "ok so whats the serial number for the keypad" i had clearly inconvenienced them by being concerned about my home security and asking for help on a product THEY sold.
Will be changing to a company who cares and actually offers Customer Support because these lot dont care.
Absolutely shocking from home security company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I lost 1 of my keys for my safe,I contacted yale and received a swift reply by email from Sean,after supplying the required information and payment I was informed my key would be ordered and would be with me in up to 10 weeks,I was kept updated when the key was dispatched and the package arrived well within the timescale given. I actually received 2 keys which was an absolute bonus as I was only expecting 1.

I made a mistake when placing my initial order, but the customer support consultant explained everything clearly and resolved the issue fantastically. Recently moved into a new house that had a Yale alarm system which we had no idea how to work. Hansen was very helpful and gave me all of the information we needed step by step and even provided the user manual. Very helpful, thank you!

I spoke with Hansen at Yale twice yesterday, once with a technical query and once with an issue with an alarm component not behaving as the instructions suggested it should. He was professional and helpful both times, resolving my queries and giving useful advice. Excellent service.

Very impressive customer service from Sean.
The battery on our safe needed replacement and we could not locate the physical key, so we needed a replacement. Sean was very helpful and we had a replacement key within 3 days.

Extremely disappointing experience with Yale.

We ordered our Yale security products on 6 September and, despite repeatedly chasing for updates, it took almost a month of back and forth before Yale finally confirmed that they were unable to fulfil the installation at our address.

After raising multiple complaints and spending a considerable amount of time trying to resolve the situation, Yale agreed that the best solution would be for us to return the products for a full refund.

Unfortunately, the problems have continued. Yale have now had the returned products for around 1.5 weeks. The tracking shows that the parcel was delivered, yet we have received no confirmation from Yale that they have received the return and, more importantly, we have still had no sign of our refund.

For a company such as Yale, I expected a much more professional and straightforward customer service experience. Instead, we have had weeks of chasing, multiple complaints, contradictory information and now further uncertainty over our refund.

We have completely lost confidence in Yale and would not recommend purchasing from them based on our experience.

Hensen was extremely helpful, frindly and patient. He waited for me to take a photo of the serial number so that I could see it more clearly. He then waited several minutes for me to add a new user and for that user to create an account and have several attempts at creating a password. Great customer service.

Great service. I even made a mistake when ordering some spare keys, to which out of Yale's (Sean's) goodwill, they sent the correct keys free of charge and promptly. Thank you!

I had bought Smart door lock! Payed for installation as well. Door has issues opening from inside within few months , customer service was helpless they can’t do anything I had cover for 2 years for products! And they give different excuses and not sorting the lock.

I've had a Yale security lock on my front door for a number of years, but the spindle has started to spin without catching and opening the door. It can take a number of spins before it starts working so i contacted Yale support to help. A guy called Cameron responded and after asking for a few details, sent me out a new lock which i received the next day, along with all the replacement keys. He did a great job and went above and beyond what i was expecting. Well done Yale!

After having an issue with the spare keys I had ordered, the problem was quickly investigated, issue identified and resolved within the hour.
Cameron and the team gave a truly 5star service.

When the keys arrived they didn't fit. I contacted support and was helped by Ismael and Sean. Ismael pointed out I had ordered a subtly wrong key type. To my surprise as a one off gesture they offered to replace the keys with the correct type for free. Hence the need to put a review on as this was customer service of the highest standard.
