I was impressed with the speed of and professional service i received and no quibble replacement for a key which i ordered in error. excellent, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Klemen was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue with my Yale alarm system. He was knowledgeable, patient and talked me through the problem clearly step by step. He helped identify what was causing the issue and made the whole process much easier than trying to figure it out myself.

I had just ordered a new lock for my front door, which arrived very quickly. I then ordered three new keys, but I ordered the incorrect ones. I contacted customer service who were very helpful, just wanted a small amount of information about my order. This was sent and they have been happy to replace the keys.

I required a replacement safe key & although the safe was a few years old & didn't hold out much hope I was really pleased a replacement could be sourced after forwarding relevant information / proof, I dealt with Sean how was outstanding from start to finish, very happy with the service from Yale.

Top marks for Yale - I have always used Yale for house locks. This time I had a new front door installed and needed extra keys. I unfortunately ordered the wrong type, on contacting them via email - they investigated and in a few days replied that I had ordered incorrectly, but thankfully agreed to send me the replacements Free of Charge. Now that is service. Thank you so much
