Lost the key to my safe, contacted Yale directly, supplied a few pieces of information had an amazing contact Sean looked after me the whole time who was brilliant and efficient. Would 100%. use them again great service.

i made a mistake ordering my spare key, but Sean helped me explaining the nature of the mistake, also sending me a new correct key.

The key I ordered was incorrect (my mistake) after a couple of emails all was resolved and I was generously given a replacement of the correct type. Thank you to Nina & Sean for the resolve.

Had problem with spare key, Yale sorted it out in one day, excellent service recommended.

Needed an additional key for a safe. Easy enough to sort (kinda glad about all the evidence needed as it gives a sense of security to it). Whilst getting it took a while, I was kept informed all the way by Sean (from the customer services team) who was really polite and helpful.

Quick response to an issue where i order extra keys online which were didn't fit
I had ordered the wrong keys
This was rectified with in a few days and new keys sent which were correct

I dealt with Sean in the Yale customer support team, who was extremely prompt in getting back to me and extremely supportive and helpful in helping resolve the issue I had with the Yale lock I had purchased and the replacement keys.

This review is for the Yale smart home alarm system. The app is difficult to navigate a fault.Went to set the alarm to go on holiday. Would not accept password even though I haven’t changed it . Tried reset password countless times but received no email. Even reinstalling the app made no difference. Had to go on holiday with no alarm.
On arrival home main unit was beeping indicating one of the sensors had a low battery but no way of sorting it as no access to the app. Had to wrap main unit in a towel to stop the annoying beep. Emailed Yale and eventually spoke to Hansen. Very helpful and eventually got it to work. Turned out the old email was blocked due to bt. Unfortunately the security of the alarm system made it difficult to resolve.

We recently moved home and during storage our battery died on the safe and we lost the keys during the move. On Monday I emailed Yale to see if there was anyway we could get a replacement key. A few emails with Sean, security questions answered and a couple of photos later he had the replacement key with us by Friday through DPD.

Fantastic service. I was extremely Pleased with the level of security so they don’t just issue keys to anyone there are steps you have to take, it was easy to provide the relevant information and it was a very quick turn around time.
