Told me that they would be arriving that day and then cancelled.

When the operative came to clean my windows one was missed.

I politely emailed to ask for them to come back and had no response.

Someone finally came back and I said that I only want the one window cleaned that was missed and said that I don’t expect to be charged.

As the operative drove off I received a text asking me to pay my bill. Tried to login to my account and my password would not work. I tried to reset but never received email.

I received another text message asking to pay my bill and then another to say my account would be stopped if the bill was not.

I presume this is a franchise. I paid twelve pounds for a bungalow windows to be cleaned which took less than 15 minutes to do.

If I receive another text message I will be contacting trading standards.

We were charged full price for someone to arrive before seven thirty in the morning and squirt water at four windows at the front of the property, and then leave without requesting access to the rear of the house.

Joshua is a very polite young man, always messages you or gives you a phone call ahead of time to let you know he's on his way, always makes a fantastic job of cleaning our windows and the sills, pet friendly, always makes time for a chat to enquire how your day is and how you are, I highly recommend him

Says no contract or anything when you try to cancel will give you a call shortly but never do
And it returns back to normal the service can never cancel it

Shit cleaning company tried to cancel it says will call you shortly

And charging people from £16-22 which is horrible

terrible service.window seals and surrounding of door left dirty.Windows left water marked.not even dried off just soaked and left to dry.terrible finish.bird mess still on windows and when I called to cancel and said I'm not paying not so much as an apology for such a bad job.for £20 this is ridiculous bearing in mind two windows were completely missed altogether.Dont waste your money.rain does a better job.Couldnt give no star review or I would.awful

Was charged for windows being cleaned and the price charged wasn't even for my address,sent email to query and I've heard nothing,would not advise to use their services and their customer services suck!

Joshua did I fantastic job and the window look great he was respectful and communicated really well overall am very happy with the service he provided

Whole experience has been so bad, I called and cancelled yesterday. The sign up was so strange I thought it was fraud. Cancelled my credit card. Then yesterday they apparently cleaned my windows but the top at the front looked untouched. I was at home and I didn't see anyone here. No-one knocked on my door, then I got charged for the service. I cancelled and they said they'd refund butI am yet to see this has actually happened. I have blocked future payments and will not be signing up again.

First clean with Joshua today. Everything done as said, very happy 😊.

Misleading service - was told I would be able to pick day and time to suit as access to back of house needs me to be home, this was false.
I requested to pause/skip service 3 times and they automatically reactivated it. I clicked to cancel the service, they reactivated it, charged me, and the person showed up to only do the front of my house.
Email to complain and organise the job I've been charged for to actually be completed has been ignored.

Not being able to actually cancel the service is surely illegal - how many times do I need to use your website to cancel the service before you actually cancel? Just want to steal money.

Joshua rang to let me know he was on the way. He was very friendly and polite. Did a brilliant job cleaning the windows and doors. Never seen them so clean!
