Can't be beaten on product range, service, packing and quick delivery!

I am so happy to have found Bromley’s Art Supplies. All of my orders have been 100% correct, sent quickly and very well packaged. The prices are good and the customer service is spot on. I’m an on going happy customer.

When the company decides to respond to both emails concerning my last order, especially the damage to the items,maybe I'll give them a better review. This is not the kind of service experienced in the past.
UPDATE My original 1* review prompted an immediate response and to give credit where it's due the issue has been resolved. I still can't give a 5* as I've done in the past though in view of the experience with this particular order.

Items received in Excellent condition, nice and quickly.
Catalogue would have been lovely to keep but it was crammed into the box with the pastels so was too screwed up to bother keeping after a quick skim through. The artist doesn't use the internet so the catalogue would have been great.

I recently went to Bromileys Art Supplies shop to purchase Rosa Gallery watercolours and was pleased to be able to try them out first. Spent a while trying to find a specific brush pen (colour/type). Bromleys had this listed on offer on their site. Ordered several of these using their online ordering system. Couldn't fault it. Easy to order, cheap postage and despatched and received in very quick order. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent company, it can be confusing ordering different sizes, grades etc of loose watercolour sheets. Bromleys make it super easy as well as having very competitive prices, huge variety of stock and helpful customer service.
