Chris the installer was very courteous and polite. He tidied everything up afterwards which I’ve been worried about.. I would definitely recommend careless services to everyone.

Very helpful and professional. Quick and responsive. Also pleasant and polite.

Called them Tuesday to fix my mums stairlift as reasonably urgent as mum was due to come out of hospital. They came Thursday the same week arrived on time. Fixed the problem and left within half hour. All the people I spoke to were professional and nice. Great service would highly recommend not too expensive either.

Have been with Carelift for several years now and cannot fault their service. From the phone call to report problem and the repairing of stairlift the next day was excellent. Can highly recommend.

Brilliant small company, already booked again for next year! Fantastic service from staff that dealt with me. And price was so reasonable!

Came saw and did what was necessary. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable.

Jamie was polite and explained everything to us, would highly recommend them, very reasonable prices too!

We had a problem with our stairlift in that it stopped working .I informed the company and their engineer had it working in an hour of the report being made .

Very pleased with the service from all at this company. The engineer identified issues caused by incorrect parts and fitting by another company, and resolved everything that they could. Highly recommended.

amazing service, fast and fair and efficient and very helpful. Liam made everything so easy.
Highly recommended.

Very prompt response and home visit to resolve the issue. The generous goodwill is very much appreciated.
I will remember not to turn off the switch again
Once again, thank you,excellent service

Chris the service engineer was punctual, efficient and friendly job was well done

Carelift serviced my stairlift
The engineer was very professional and friendly and efficient. I have had them to service my lift and I would recommend them to anyone. The company have always gone the extra mile.

Every communication with the company has been excellent. From the initial contact with the office to the engineer, Chris, who removed the old stairlift and installed the new one. Everyone that I have spoken to have always been very friendly and attentive. On the day of the install, Chris called me in the morning to confirm his arrival time and he arrived at the time he specified. I would definitely recommend this company.

Really helpful advice and work undertaken. Recommended.

Paul came and did an efficient service on my stair lift.
Arriving on time and giving me a quick call to say he was on his way.
Good service and the price was the same as last year.

Excellent stairlift bought from this company. I had decided to get three quotes and this company was the last to come and see my house and assess my needs. I chose this company over the other two because they knew what they were talking about and their idea of how it should be fitted was much better than the others’ ideas especially as I have three dogs and the wires were to be neatly disguised in trunking. Liam who owns the company still goes out to fit and he didn’t attempt to give me a hard sell unlike the other people as he’s not a salesman.
The work was done in less than a week from the day I ordered it. The fitter who came took only four hours to install it and where he drilled holes, he hoovered up the dust.
I have had my stairlift for just over a fortnight and it’s wonderful. I definitely recommend this company.

Helpful friendly efficient service. Met delivery time and well priced.
