Carelift Services LTD Opiniones

My mother has dementia and poor hearing the staff were so kind explaining to her the choices she had and taking the time to include her in decisions, she wasn't overwhelmed by the way the work was carried out they were kind respectfull and very tidy.

Carelift Services> what a fantastic company. We needed a hoist so my wife could go on holiday, ringing to find availability we were spoken to by Hannah who arranged our date for collection. We paid there and then plus the return on time access/damage waiver fee. Leslie who demonstrated how it all went together and worked and made certain we could operated it properly, nothing was to much trouble. We returned our hoist as agreed and our "Return Deposit/damage fee" was paid instantly back into our account. What a pleasant company to deal with. The owner Liam who I met has created a company that puts the customer first and nothing was to much trouble for any of his team. 100% will be using again without doubt. Kindest regards to you all Kevin & Heather

First time we have used care lift we are very pleased with the service, the friendliness of the staff, very polite couldn't wish for a better service, this will not be the last time we use them

The installation engineers were friendly efficient and cleaned up behind their selves.

Carelift Services have been wonderful from the first time they called to complete a survey for the installation of the stairlift to the completion of the installation. Liam was very thorough and patient in taking all the necessary measurements and Chris the installer did a wonderful job. He left everything clean and tidy and was very helpful and patient in showing us how the lift worked. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. The stair lift itself is very easy to use and is just what my partner needs.

From the first call I made to the installation of the stairlift everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
I highly recommend this company.

Chris came and fixed my mums stairlift, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had it working in no time. Will definitely use again when needed, very highly recommended.

The gentleman was so easy going, quick, professional, thoughtful and kind.
He demonstrated the stairlift and I am very happy with it 😊
Thank you

Prompt efficient charming couldn’t get better

Excellent service in installing a rental stairlift in the property. Clean and tidy job, good prices, would highly recommend.

The experience from start to finish was 5 star. There was no pressure from the really helpful young man who came to explain the types available he was very knowledgeable indeed. It was fitted very quickly after we made our decision. We are very happy with the stairlift we chose and the two people that came to fit it were very kind and explained in great detail how to use it. I cannot give them enough credit for the brilliant service.

Came next day. Kameron is a lovely chap. Took a lot of trouble to make sure I understood asI am hard of hearing. He fixed the problem quickly and lift is working fine.

The service was super efficient, installation achieved before the date quoted
The two guys who put it in were lovely, worked unbelievably quickly and cleared up brilliantly.
The stairlift is hardly noticeable and does not impede other movement on the staircase. It is also very easy to control.

Excellent service as usual ! My stairlift stopped working so a quick call to Lesley in the local admin office, there was fortunately an engineer there who soon diagnosed the problem. Lesley said I’d see him in 2 hours , it was under 1 ! Quickly fixed , chair seat apparatus out of system sync with stair rod . As I was due for a service he did that as well ! Their staff are always friendly polite and kind and most efficient and because they are local it makes life so much easier to arrange things. It helps that you can talk to someone rather than a computer ! I would not hesitate to recommend them

Quick call out ,kept in touch ,to notify there arrival time ,and resolved problem quickly

Punctual. Courteous. Smart appearance. Listened to what we had to say.

Excellent service, throughout. Outstanding ! From our first call with Liam then to Hannah. Then from the two engineers who came to fit the chair lift who were professional, courteous and understanding. They went beyond our expectations to make sure we understood everything. They tidied up and were brilliant. We are delighted and would highly recommend them.

We have always had an excellent experience with Carelift Services. They are always prompt to respond if there is a major issue and the technicians we have met (Liam and Cameron) are unfailingly knowledgeable, kind and courteous - as indeed is Lesley in the office. Highly recommended if they cover your area.
