Carelift Services LTD Opiniones

Jamie who serviced our stair lift notified me about timing on morning and was prompt. He was very efficient and a clean worker. Thank you

An extremely efficient service. The engineers arrived on time were very respectful and completed the work efficiently. I cannot rate them highly enough

We highly recommend this company. They were polite, friendly, on time, honest about every question asked. We are very happy with the 2 lifts fitted.

The way Carelift Services Ltd treated us right from my first enquiry has been excellent. Paul turned up promptly to time, was very polite and knowledgeable and took great care taking our stairlift out for me. We are moving house and as soon as we are able Carelift Services will come and fit a reconditioned stairlift (like for like with the one they took out) which they gave us a very good part exchange deal for. We would have no hesitation in recommending Carelift Services Ltd

I arranged a call out as Stairlift was stopping halfway up. James came and fixed the problem but also needed a part. The office rang me with the price for work. The part took a few days to come. James returned to fit part. He worked quietly and efficiently and left no mess. he was polite and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic service and back up.
We put in an urgent request for a service engineer to come out and attend our very much needed through floor lift which broke down/ stopped between floors with my wife still in it on Easter Bank holiday Monday.
The telephone call was answered quickly and within 10 minutes, the engineer was on his way!
LIAM ,the engineer was polite, helpful , and respectful.
Within 2 hours the much needed repairs had been completed , checked and the lift was fully operational again.Great response time and service
Fantastic service from CARELIFT SERVICES !

Saved my bacon again, throught the floor lift refused to move and these guys were on it, got me back to being able to access my whole house, not just downstairs! Courteous & helpful, talked me through what was happening, did the repair, complete all he safety checks & left me with a fully functioning lift, thanks again!

Very prompt, tidy and efficient. We are well pleased with the result. Thanks Paul

Excellent service, very friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend.

A competent engineer polite and efficient definitely use your company again. Thank you

A very professional and sympathetic process from very first visit to final fitting. Everyone we came into contact with from Liam to Chris, were polite, kind and knew their stuff! Very happy with the finished product and would recommend to anyone.

Reliable, helpful with my 95 year old mother.
They ensured everything working 100% and hen we have had to call them they came within 3 hours. (only fault was my mother had forgotten how to operate.)

Very kind and friendly people. Both Liam and Paul were very informative and extremely helpful. We knew nothing about stairlifts and they were very patient with our questions and explained everything thoroughly.
From ordering to installing was very prompt and the stairlift was completely installed in just a few hours.

Was kept informed as to what time he would arrive which was great.when he arrived did his introductions and explained what he was going to do all went ahead and no issues.

Fantastic service from my initial enquiry, survey of my home to the installation.
Hannah (initial enquiry), Liam (survey and quotation) and Chris (installation) have provided excellent service and turned the initial contact to completed installation around within ten days. Even when paying the invoice, Leslie was very friendly and patient.
I would definately recommend Carelift Services to anybody. A very professional and efficient organisation with customer service second to none. Thank you R.E.

Good service , pleasant engineer . Prompt and efficient

We’ve been really appreciative of the service we have received, from the lovely Hannah on the other end of the office phone to Liam who has taken care to ensure we get a piece of technology that meets our needs. Liam and Jamie who installed our stairlift yesterday were discreet and took time to make sure we were confident using it.

Arrived on time, polite and worked all the time he was there , very clean , never made any mess

Everything was fine, just had one little problem with the foot rest, which Paul soon rectified.

Very helpful, great service and communication thank you.
