The vinyl itself was great
The vinyl itself was great. But the tape the role was fastened with is still stuck on it now, as it won't come off. Which was very disappointing.

Roy was great!
Roy was great!
Unfortunately our carpet was damaged in transit. Roy tried his best to organise a new carpet for us in time for our fitter but through no fault of his own this wasn't possible so he organised a small refund which we greatly appreciated! I think it probably made the difference between us not using carpet warehouse again in the future!
