Quick, efficient and helpful customer service.
We have used this company three times now, because we have been very happy with the product. Hence the five star rating.

Great sized samples and delivered quickly

Great samples, although a little small

Great selection and easy to navigate website.

Great communication throughout and delivered as scheduled.

Great quality of carpet and underlay.

Good carpet lovely colour, nice delivery men. Quick and easy process.

All good, came on time, very quick,
One thing ,I also broke adisvive to hold it down but on the cans it said for carpet only I brought a few cans ,bit upset about that

Beautiful carpet for reasonable prices. Laid onto concrete flooring and keeps the home warm and looking lovely.

Recieved great samples again & placed an order - 4th purchase off Carpet Warehouse & always happy with quality & service !

Excellent lino - but I didn't like paying £20 for delivery and will probably put me off buying again in the future, especially considering I was waiting almost a week for delivery. I wouldn't mind paying that if it was next day delivery but it isn't. The lino itself was perfect thoug hand looks great fitted.

Very happy with customer service and quality of samples

Great price and quick delivery, very impressed

The level of customer service… is bonkers. I wasn’t expecting for the delivery of a couple of samples to carry so much attention to make sure I got them.

Great service.
I found the exact flooring I was looking for quickly and easily.
It was a little cheaper than other shops and delivered in 3 days.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again - thank you!

Ordered carpet for bedroom and hall and stairs got the hall cut into 1mt lengths fitted the stairs 2 weeks ago and put of the 3 pieces 1 was a different colour got in touch and the changed it but took longer than they said to deliver that's why 4 ⭐

Samples arrived quickly and were a good quality and size to allow us to make a decision.

I bought a 4X5 square meters worth grey carpet for my son's room and took a while to deliver as well because of traffic, other then that it's okay. Carpet is decent. I'd give 3 stars out of 5.

Plenty of updates...informed of delivery time. Very helpful gentleman made the delivery. Checked I could manage the carpet roll before leaving. Great price, great carpet. I'm very happy.

This isn't the first time I've ordered from this company; everything is simply wonderful—the service and assistance, as well as the quality and prices, are excellent.

It is the only place I had to pay delivery to see samples from all I considered
