Carpet Warehouse Opiniones

Really happy with the carpet. Will definitely be going with this carpet in all our rooms as they wear out!!! Great price, great service, great carpet

Great flooring and great price

Great product, great communication, fast delivery, helpful delivery guys highly recommend.

Wonderful customer service ! Samples arrived fast, when my carpet width was out of stock Chris kindly rang the supplier and emailed me to let me know it would be available to order. They go the extra mile with a personal touch. They even called to confirm delivery details. I will be recommending to my friends and definitely be using again in the future.

It took several attempts to get the site to accept my my order. Also, after getting an offer of a 5% discount if i put in an order, i could not find anywhere to apply the discount.
I think the website looks very hood but the ordering is far from being suitable.
I have at last managed to get the order put yhrough but without being able to apply the discount.

I have had my faith in Carpet Warehouse and Trust Pilot completely changed. After i left my review today i had a phone call from Carpet Warehouse apologising for the problems i had and a promise to investigate. At the same time they have agreed to credit me with the discount I had been previously offered.
Great customer service and my grateful thanks in having my opinion changed.

Really pleased with my experience with Carpet Warehouse. The whole process was straightforward from ordering through to delivery, and the service was great throughout.

I’m so happy with the flooring. It looks fantastic, the quality is great and it’s exactly what I was hoping for. Would definitely use Carpet Warehouse again and happily recommend them.

Great quality products and quick delivery

Ordered vinyl and delivery was when expected. no issues. Good service

Samples arrived really quick! Happy with the quality of them!

Great to be able to order samples to try in the home and sent out quickly!

It was very easy contacting carpet wearhouse not received my carpet yet but online service was good

The choice and value for money of carpets and vinyl is exceptional. When I needed to contact the customer service team about my delivery, Gordin was very responsive, efficient and helpful. I had everything sorted out within an hour of my email enquiry. If you have the patience to fit your own carpet/vinyl, this is definitely the place to go for quality, great customer service and value for money.

Very good carpets for my living room.

Great service. Quality goods delivered on time. Love my flooring
Delivery men were very polite and friendly

Excellent service. They emailed with delivery date and approximate time. The delivery guys were great. They phoned an hour before delivery so I knew when to expect them.

The vinyl was better than I even anticipated. It looked browner in the pictures and on the roll, but when it went down it was more grey with brown accents which was what I really wanted. It looks great and it has freshened the bathroom up.

Plenty of choice and information on the website. Free samples helpful in making selection.
Delivery service went smoothly.
End result looks good, well satisfied.

From start to finish had a great experience with carpet warehouse, easy to use website and was so easy to order the carpet i wanted, delivery was relatively quick, had to help the guys get the carpet in but was not a problem, love the carpet and will definitely be using them again for future purchases

After ordering and paying for carpet, the delivery company refused to bring it to my flat (even though that was the contract address).
They wanted to just dump it in a public area.
They were very arrogant and the company told me I was out of luck. I went to my bank which gave them an opportunity to defend themselves. They failed and the bank reversed the payement. Subsequently I bought carpet from another company which installed it.
