Carpet Warehouse Opiniones

After ordering and paying for carpet, the delivery company refused to bring it to my flat (even though that was the contract address).
They wanted to just dump it in a public area.
They were very arrogant and the company told me I was out of luck. I went to my bank which gave them an opportunity to defend themselves. They failed and the bank reversed the payement. Subsequently I bought carpet from another company which installed it.

Ordered online from CarpetWarehouse and the whole process was spot on. Easy to order, good prices and everything arrived exactly as expected.

No chasing, no drama and, most importantly, no moment where I wondered if my carpet had disappeared into the Bermuda Triangle of online deliveries. 😂

Really straightforward experience from start to finish and I’d happily order from them again.

5 stars – my floor is considerably happier now.

Cheap prices, quick delivery nice carpet all good

I randomly chose Carpet Warehouse when I was looking to buy carpets, and to my surprise, it turned out to be one of the best choices I could have made.

The staff were very courteous, helpful, and professional. I was impressed by the good choice of designs available, as well as the very competitive prices.

A very positive experience from start to finish.

Well done, Carpet Warehouse!

Great item, expensive delivery but delivered on time

Easy process, quality product, competitively priced. Peter was a big help sizing out what was required from my floor plan and where each length of roll should go. A+

Great selection and products. Team are very polite and informative of delivery time/options. Removal of old mattress for £1 as an add on really can’t be beaten either.

Best prices i could find with even a bit extra discount via message, personalised check ins, fast delivery

The whole process from ordering to delivery was really smooth with no problems at akk

The customer service under my parcel with excellent service and communication and I can’t wait to put down my put My New floor down

I love the size of their samples, they did the parcel good, however they should challenge their delivery service.
Will definitely order.

Carpet Warehouse are brilliant. They had the very thick, felt back vinyl flooring I needed in the very large sizes I needed. They were the only company online to stock the quality, quality and colour I wanted. Delivery was great. I was kept informed by Vicky from the customer service team and I received my two, very large rolls of vinyl flooring within a week or so. Super service and great customer service from Vicky and the delivery drivers. I would definitely recommend this company.
