We ordered something and it actually arrived on time and great tracking service to find out where the package was in transit. Very happy.

Trustworthy, reliable, quick service

Order placed and paid for in record time. Thereafter it died a quiet death. No reply on numerous emails, no feedback whatsoever. Tried to alter the delivery address and had no success to date. I am sure I will never recieve the item, after all they now won't know where to deliver it. First and definitely the last time I will make use of Fruugo. Money could rather of been donated to a charity organization.

I needed to pay R946 in order to return the item to CHINA!!!!! The price of the low quality item was R1861.

I am fully satisfied with the incubator. Although the manual is written on a foreign language, current technology assisted with the translation.

I ordered a product a month ago, and I still haven't received it. There are no updates to tell me when I will get what I bought.

At this point I don't even know if I will ever get it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fruugo South Africa.

I placed an order and my payment was taken, but my order was never delivered. I have sent numerous emails trying to get an update or assistance, but I have received no response whatsoever.

Taking a customer’s money and then failing to deliver the goods or provide any form of customer support is completely unacceptable.

I would strongly advise other customers to think twice before purchasing through Fruugo South Africa. I am still waiting for my order or, at the very least, a response regarding my money.

Ordering and pay were easy and delivery smooth and prompt

The purchase was quick and easy with. But the issue was buffalo as their courier service. My order was handed over to them quickly, but their delivery took days and days to arrive.

The item I ordered took very long to get to me , but their communication and updates were good.
