Golden Leaves took charge of making the arrangements for the legal side of my husband's funeral leaving me and our boys free to deal with the more social side. The funeral we finished up with was exactly what my husband would have wanted. We couldn't have done this on our own here in Spain. I have since bought a funeral plan for myself .. I know I will be in safe hands. I can recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Excellent
The representative who came to our home was extremely well informed and helpful. He explained everything in detail giving us a choice of plans and explaining them in detail so we could choose what suited us best.
We were able to give all the relevant details there and then so everything is stored with Golden leaves should they be needed and we can easily change anything by contacting them.
After choosing our plan we were left with the details for payment and once we paid, the plan was in place. What we love is that
In the event of our deaths there is just one phone call required and everything will be done according to our instructions. This is especially important for us living in a country where the language difference could be difficult for our next of kin.
We were quickly informed of the details of the funeral director that will be used and all the paperwork was emailed to us very quickly.
There was never any pressure to buy the plan and everything was very simple.
Golden leaves are also covered by the relevant regularity bodies so should there be an issue with the company our policies will still be honoured.

Extremely happy with arrangements I was listened to and all my children need to do is a phone call everything else is dealt with so not giving them any stress at the time when they will be grieving so very glad I done this quick and professional and a cost I could afford

The advisor who visited me at home was friendly and knowledgeable.
The advisor who visited me at home was friendly, professional and knew the products well. He did not give me the hard sell which I was very relieved about, but instead he listened to what I wanted. I do want my ashes scattered in space by Aura Flights and had hoped that Golden Leaves would accommodate that and allow me to purchase that as part of the funeral package but he said he'd not heard of anyone doing that and suggested I ring Golden Leaves which I did. They told me that they couldn't do that.

Call handler on initial call very friendly. Gave very good impression of the company. Made arrangement for a representative to come to my home. He arrived on time. He was very professional. He advised on all the different types of funerals golden leaves could offer. No pressure was applied. Given ample time to make a decision. I took great comfort in knowing local funeral directors and crematorium would be used.all paperwork arrived promptly
I would highly recommend golden leaves to anyone considering advance preparation on whatever your choice of funeral arrangements

Had issues,no follow up phone call, when we did eventually get one was asked if we wanted to cancel,paperwork went missing in post, however sales person was excellent .
