Everything was explained to me clearly…
Everything was explained to me clearly and consisively. There was no pressure or annoying phone calls begging me to use their services. The only phone calls I received were updating me and asking if I had any questions.

A smooth and positive experience…
It was a smooth and positive experience except for one thing. You sent me a copy of the final documentation and said you were also sending one to my son (my next of kin), but he has not received a copy.

There was a problem with a double payment. When I contacted the payments department at Golden Leaves they were most unhelpful, basically saying it was up to me to sort it out and they wouldn't help.!

The whole process was informal
The whole process was informal, businesslike without neing sombre or depressing in any way.
My meeting with the representative was pleasant and more like a friendly chat than an attempt to sell me a product.

Clear, concise and professional ...
The representative visited us in our home; he was friendly, clear and concise when explaining the services offered, including pricing. Absolutely NO selling pressure applied ... the whole process was simple, assured and very helpful. Would recommend without hesitation.

Such an easy process from sitting with people that made me feel like I’d known them for years, planning my funeral with them, paying for it direct to golden leaves and the follow up call from them making sure I was happy with my plan and the funeral directors I’d chosen to go with.
