The grass we purchased was a good quality product and delivered on the assigned date. We had requested samples to assist us with our decision, these arrived very quickly and reflected the final product we chose.

Purchased in February and fitted in April. Quality of grass excellent and easy to install. We purchased the Stamford 40mm Artificial Grass Size: 7m x 5m which meant no joins. Would definitely recommend this product and give it 5 stars 👍

Same cannot be said about customer service staff who were abrupt and unhelpful and cancelled my order while it was in route. But thankfully the driver continued with the delivery, removed the grass from his lorry and placed it in my back garden single handedly.

Ordered samples with were delivered quickly. Easy ordering process for choice, delivered promptly. Overall great service.

A first class product am really pleased. Looks really nice down. Only gave 4 star as had to have someone here to help deliver guy , apparently it was mentioned in shipping details but as it was free delivery I never went into shipping so it caused me a bit of hassle to get someone here, think it should be made clearer in ordering process

Great product, good technical advice and communication

The grass is beautiful but the customer service and delivery are atrocious. Meant to deliver 2 days 5 days then asked to cut the amount I ordered in half I ordered 110 square metres .then the the delivery only deliver to boundary the refuse to go on property. And then they only delivered half the order and now I am waiting 5 days at least I spent over £1500 and having to pay landscapers to be there to carry it in to garden .grass247 did not care and also making the job almost a week over end date so infuriating

Excellent service throughout my order from all the staff. They were all very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I chose the Balcombe Vale 37 mm artificial grass. It was used to cover the decking on our static caravan (31sq m.)we are so pleased with the grass, it’s like walking on air and looks fabulous. Thank you everyone at 247 grass, I would recommend this company without hesitation.
