Excellent service throughout my order from all the staff. They were all very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I chose the Balcombe Vale 37 mm artificial grass. It was used to cover the decking on our static caravan (31sq m.)we are so pleased with the grass, it’s like walking on air and looks fabulous. Thank you everyone at 247 grass, I would recommend this company without hesitation.

All it takes is to enter your criteria into the filter and see what pops up! Once the type you belive is right for you you can very simply click the order sample button and see it in real life in a few days. When you order the size you want, again it is a matter of entering a few measurements and in a few days it will be with you - when they say it will be! That's customer service. If you don't want to do things online the give them a call and they will do everything on the one.

Avoid this company at all costs.
Not once, but twice we've been told our order was out for delivery. On both occasions we received emails or text messages confirming it was on its way. We arranged our days around those promises, booked fitters, and waited in, only for the delivery to never arrive. 2 days of work wasted!!!
The communication has been shocking. Instead of honest updates, we've been given excuse after excuse and left to chase information ourselves. The complete lack of accountability and respect for customers' time is unbelievable.
This has cost us time, money, and unnecessary stress. If you can't deliver when you say you will, stop telling customers their order is out for delivery. Making the same mistake twice is simply unacceptable. Then to top it all of it finally gets delivered today by a single person then she proceeded to tell me that 2 very fit fit young lads got it on the wagon and it was now up to us to sort it, my husband has terminal cancer and cant lift anything heavy but nevertheless the lady and myself managed to get it in the garden.
I would never use this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There are plenty of businesses out there that actually do what they promise.
Stay clear customer service was rude, blamed everyone else but themselves.

The delivery is nice and quick, we had no delays, the grass is soft and looks like real grass, it’s super easy to clean as well, you can also get free samples to decide which grass you prefer. All around a good company and good grass
