Poor service
The delivery service is appalling. Many excuses but delivery failed to arrive. It took over a week for the issue to be resolved. With no delivery now refund of money taking the same amount of time as th non delivery. The behaviour of this company verges on that of scanners.

Not great...
Slow reply to emails, advertised they had stock when in fact they didn't and neither did manufacturer. Ordered items in time for this weekend but sadly not left me enough time to source replacement.

Unable to fulfil order
Fluorescent tubes ordered online, after waiting the suggested 5 working days for delivery I contacted them to ask when I could expect them to arrive only to be told that they had refunded me as they do not post out fluorescent tubes. The person I spoke to on the phone told me that 'Tubes shouldn't even be available on the website'. . . . . . . doesn't really help me much !!!!!!!
This would have been 1 star but the guy that I spoke to was very apologetic.

Poor.
Was informed on no stock after I had placed the order. Total waste of time. I do not think they hold any stock at all but order from 3rd parties on demand and re ship it to the customers.

I'm sorry to hear we weren't able to fulfil your order on this occasion. We do stock a large range of products in our warehouse but unfortunately we cannot stock every single item we sell. Unfortunately, sometimes our suppliers do not inform us when they discontinue items so we are in the dark until we try to order an item from them.
