Super Slow Service! Do they care?
We ordered some sockets for a project at a great price but the delivery was shocking. A week late (!) and picking errors that took another 3 days to remedy. I felt the guy on the phone was patronising and didn't really care. I cant recommend lamppost and wont use again.

Very Rude Stay Away!
Made an order weeks ago. Still no delivery but they took my money straight away. Spoke to guy in sales who was as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Asked for the manager and ended up with a very rude man who claims to be the owner. Demanded a refund but still not turned up. Awful experience AVOID is my advice.

Saw a tool belt on the Lamp Post for what I thought was a great price. Quick phone call to confirm, friendly staff were easy to deal with and actually sorted the order for me there and then! Delivered next day, thank you very much!
