Excellent service and prices. The lad there (I believe his name is Martin as well) sourced everything I required and delivered on time. A very easy company to deal with and a wealth of knowledge from the team.

Bought a number of outdoor LED floodlights for my garden. They were good quality units, well packaged and delivered on time. The one item that didn't work was replaced without quibble and very quickly.

I bought sockets and switches. They were good value and arrived very quickly.
The buying process online was very easy but at the end, where there is usually a printable confirmation page with order details and a reference number, there was nothing. I did not know if my order had gone through or not and had to email next day for confirmation.
Also the website promised a free gift (screwdrivers I think) with a promo code. When I entered the code it didn't work. I emailed about this but never got a reply.

Ordered item 08/022017. I asked them by email when delivery was to be met. They did not reply and just simply refunded my money to PayPal on 14/02/2017. No explanation or notification. Brilliant service,keep up the good work - not.

Ordered 24 lamps online and completed order with a next day delivery.
Goods hadn't arrived by 2pm so called the supplier only to be informed they didn't have stock - they claimed they sent an email explaining their stock levels and that they were going to be refunded - haven't seen this email and will check my bank statement when it arrives.
Very poor service all round.

The product was installed to replace a10 year old unit. The changeover took 45 minutes, jobs done. Happy to use Lamppost again for our electrical needs.
