Very helpful and good service
Very helpful when ringing up explained everything simply and called back later as arranged after we had discussed it. Paperwork arrived by email within the hour and posted paperwork arrived two days later

Made it so much easier to deal with a very sensitive matter that we would all rather not have too!

Very compassionate
Very compassionate service, excellent throughout, took away all the stress from a very difficult time of grief for my Mum who passed away in 2021. I have just pre paid for my own Cremation with no extra cost for future increases.

The staff were exceptional,and made a very sad time smooth and without any hitches. All was on time and I was kept upto date with procedures,dares and time. It was a truly wonderful experience in most difficult circumstances.

Contacted on behalf of my elderly parents and from the moment Gill answered the phone she was so informative and helpful answering all the questions I asked and was very professional. I mentioned I was getting quotes from other companies and she never pushed for the sale and explained exactly what Memoria could offer at a very reasonable price which my parents were happy with. Would definitely recommend to others.
