Scam. Lost £1400 but also they used my ID for fraud aswell. Advise others to not just try and get the money back but to also try and protect themselves from identity fraud.

Anyone who has paid contact your card provider immediately whether contacted by an ‘instructor’ or not.

DO THIS RIGHT BOW IF YOU HAVE BOOKED WITH THESE

Phone your bank now and raise a dispute/chargeback.

You are fully covered regardless of if it was a debit or credit card.

- Credit Card cover is likely through the section 75 process as the credit card provider is technically providing financing for a service which doesn’t exist.

- Contrary to popular belief, you are fully covered on debit card too through VISA/MasterCard’s chargeback process. You’ve paid for a service which the merchant/vendor hasn’t delivered, you are fully entitled to your money back. Your card provider will chase the payments company behind this scam and retrieve your funds. If your funds aren’t recovered then the company providing the card payment facility is liable and will cover your losses.

Basically, you paid by card so are fully covered.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Wouldn’t even give a star! absolute SCAM.. they acted so legitimate and even had an DVLA logo claiming to be recommended by them. Very communicative even after payment.. answering calls and even having an instructor WhatsApp you times and arranging lessons.. until the day of your first lesson come and you can’t get on the website (taken down) can’t call them (disconnected) and blocked by the instructor. This needs to be reported as many young people are getting robbed thousands each day!

Please please please do NOT!!! Go along with this. I have been scammed out of £910. I am absolutely devastated.

Paid £1595 for a crash course plus a test for my son on the 13th October - spoke to a guy on the phone (Graham) prior to paying to ask the finer details. Was happy with the arrangements and he told me to pay via the website which I did. I waited the week with nobody contacting me. I followed up with an email which bounced back and immediately tried to call the number provided which was dead. They effectively stole the money and disappeared. The website is now no longer available either. Complete scam.

I bought a driving course from this company and they literally never pick up the phone. Then got through eventually today and they said having technical issues. My card Payment made to them says Klipboard and no other details are visible. They trade under My Instructor with the name David Power and Aaron White in Gateshead.

Sadly there is no zero star. These are SCAMMERS. Paid for a test and 10 lessons.
Contacted by ‘Peter’ the instructor who arranged lessons.
He is now non contactable and doesn’t read messages
Their website is down
Their numbers and emails are closed
The test has not been booked. Utter fraud

SCAM our daughter paid £1300 and they are now not responding and didn’t come for her first lesson. All numbers don’t work!

BEWARE SCAMMERS ‼️

I paid £535 to secure driving lessons and a driving test date. After paying, I was left chasing for updates and had to follow up twice before I eventually received a WhatsApp message from Lauren, the instructor.

Today, I was booked in for an 11am slot, but Lauren failed to turn up. When I tried to find the website to get answers and resolve the situation, I discovered that the website had been taken down, and I have been unable to contact her.

I have now reported the matter to the police fraud line and contacted my bank to report what has happened.

What makes this even more upsetting is how difficult it already is to secure a driving test. I am now potentially facing a wait until February 2027, having lost both valuable time and £535 in the process.

It is completely unacceptable to take someone’s money for a service and then leave them without the lessons, test date or communication they paid for. People work hard for their money, and £535 is a significant amount to lose. This situation has caused me considerable stress, frustration and uncertainty.

I am sharing my experience to warn others to be extremely careful before paying for a crash course. Please do your research and make sure you can verify the company and its services before handing over your money.

I want answers, accountability and my money back. I would not want anyone else to find themselves in this situation.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Scam scam scam my daughter booked for a crash course should've turned up yesterday No show. Tried to contact them no answer text Lan the driving instructor and Tried calling Nothing. We've lost £1,415!!!

Like a lot of people we booked a series of driving lessons. It took a few days to schedule the first driving lesson for the 20th October. The driving instructor failed to show up, the web site has disappeared, the phone number is permanently busy. I have reported this the government National Cyber Crime site. I am starting a fraud action / claim with the bank. Please avoid if this reappears.

There is good information from those who have looked up this "company" on the Companies House website in some of the other posts.

I paid £910 for the 20 hour intense course and had a message on WhatsApp and arranged a lesson for 11am today no one turned up so I’ve tried to look at the website to find it’s been deleted and phone number is disconnected and messages only sending with 1 tick after coming on and reading all these reviews I’ve contacted my bank and action fraud fingers crossed we all get our money back! Everything seemed so genuine and I never suspected it was a scam

I payed 1.4K for 35hours of lessons and a test in November, all of the reviews looked and seemed genuine the guy on the phone I spoke to seemed genuine as-well however when I messaged my instructor two days before my lesson the messages weren’t going through and I could call through either , please report them as a fraud. I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH MY CRASH COURSE !!! They are a complete scam and fraudsters who have take your hard earned money , hopefully receive a refund from the bank.

I paid £600 online spoke to someone had a message on WhatsApp to confirm my lesson was supposed to be today at 11 am no one has arrived tried ring the number phone line disconnected and the WhatsApp number only sending with one tick

paid £720 FOR DRIVING LESSONS - RCVD WHATSAPP TO CONFIRM THAT THE INSTRUCTOR WOULD TURN UP - NO ONE DID!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!!
