These are the most poorly built shoes I have ever tried on in my life. What a scam! I won't even donate them to the homeless shelter clothing collection site as it would be an insult to the recipient. It is virtually impossible to to get a refund or a response. I wish I had checked the ratings before ordering. A total waste of my time and money. DO NOT be scammed by these dishonorable crooks like I was!

Horrible! Ordered mens size 10 and got mens size 6. No response from email which is the ONLY provided support contact. Waste of money. Fortunately, I can give these to my grandson. DO NOT BUY!!

Ordered two pair of sandals, sent email I was returning--no response. Followed instructions on return policy, no refund....now they tell me that was wrong address so they can not refund. Offered me 15% discount on next order, never never never.

I would recommend these shoes. I had to wait a little longer than what I usually do for orders from other companies and shoes came in packages instead of a box but still in good condition and super comfortable. I would buy again from this company. Also got lots of compliments too. Thank you for the great shoes and great deal.

I ordered a pair of wedges sandals from Pearlyo on April 27, 2019 and finally received them today, May 22, 2019. Unfortunately I ordered them in my "normal" size 9 but should've ordered them in a size 10. I am totally disappointed in the shoe itself but mostly disappointed in the amount of time it took to receive the shoes. I will give them to someone who they fit because I'm afraid if I send them back for a larger size, I won't get them back until Christmas!

Came wrong color and damaged. They asked for a picture and I sent. That was the last that I heard from them. Citibank refunded my money...thx Citi....don't deal with these flakes!

I am only giving 1 star because i cannot give less. This company is terrible and has terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of sandals for my husband and have been waiting for a month. I have emailed the company numerous times to find out where my shoes were and have heard nothing. I want my product or my money back....all $36 of it. DO NOT ORDER FRONM THEM.

I saw some shoes online that looked great for a great price and decided to get them. I selected the size (13), color etc and clicked buy. I immediately received a confirmation saying I'd bought size 6! I immediately emailed customer service and advised of the mistake. I received a reply the next day saying they had already been shipped - too bad here's a coupon for 15% off your next purchase. No help at all especially since I had used a 20% off coupon on the order! Aggravating!

I was worried when I read the other reviews about the shoes. But my husband loved his water shoes. I would recommend this company.

This was the best price I could find and I have been looking at these for over a year. Very happy with my 5 toe barefoot shoes. back feels better knees do not heart and I enjoy walking now.

I am only giving 1 star because it w ont let me leave less. I ordered my sandles in Dec 2018. They shipped Dec 20, 2018. Here it is April 2019 and no sandles! Guess I lost my $28. And probably never getting my sandles!!!! Horrible , horrible, horrible company.

I ordered a pair of water shoes in early January 2019 and still have not received them. I got an Urgent email last week stating they were at the local Post Office and waiting for pick up. I went to pick them up and the Post Office has no record of them I've now waited a week and the Post Office still has no record of them. The tracking number is non a real tracking number. The company will not respond to my emails. Time to call the BBB for help.

Avoid this company at all costs! I have had a nightmare experience with them, I ordered some boots which were too small and not very good quality so I sent them back in their original packaging to the address on the package that said to return to..this was the 28th DECEMBER! they ignore my mails, when they have replied they have tried to say it's my fault as it wasn't tracked.. ( the Post Office doesn't do tracking to China so I was told) and they are saying they "don't know" if they received it or not so won't refund the money. I got one email asking what address I sent it to, well the address was on the package and I didn't make a note of it, I assumed that it would be ok but they then asked if I could ask the Post Office if they could send it to the address they put in the email..as if you can redirect a package a month after it's been sent! since then nothing, totally ignore all my messages their facebook page won't post any messages that aren't orders for their goods or enquiries that aren't to do with buying their stuff..luckily my bank has finally refunded me the money as I had paid by card. but I had to pay to send the boots back hopefully I will be reimbursed for that..appalling customer service absolute bunch of shady characters..this has infuriated me that companies think they can treat customers this way and get away with it..I didn't even want to give them 1 star but it won't let you post without some rating.They are the WORST company I have EVER dealt with.
