I ordered a pair of "Men‘s Outdoor Fisherman Athletics Leather Sandals 118326 Light brown". They arrived indeed to me and were looking not bad. The size is correct, and they are comortable. As far I cannot say anything bad about pearlyo and these shoes.

But I should not have used them!
After less than 5 months the sole - it should be very strong rubber?! - of both shoes is almost totally gone and full of wholes, as if I would have been walking around the world several times! First: I did not only use these shoes all the time, and second: I only used them walking around on normal ways with my dog in the evening - about 3-4 km each time. They never have been used off-road, they never have been used climbing up mountains, they never have been used in hard situations to them.

I tried to contact the sender of the shoes, using the cellphone number in China, which is given on the package - but this is a fake number!!!
Pearlyo, is this the way of business of a honest company???

I am sorry, I cannot tell you, to buy from Pearlyo.
You better should look for an other shop where you will buy your shoes!

Avoid this company. The tongue fell out of my shoe after wearing them just a few times. Sent pic in an email to their customer service. No response. As with all the other comments I wished I’d read the reviews.

I have purchased water shoes from this company that are fine. However recently we purchased a pair of men’s shoes in a 10.5 and they are way too big. I have contacted the company four times requesting a return label and they stated that I cannot return the shoes since they come from China. The Pearlyo website states that I can return them and that I need to contact them for a label. This has not happen and it has cost me $40.00 . We will no longer do any business with this company.

They sent the wrong size. The shoes are 2 to 3 sizes smaller than what is sent. They will not help with returns. They do not have a return system. They know it is a problem and do nothing.

Do not buy from Pearlyo. My order was wrong and their support simply said that shipping it back may be expensive and to consider giving your orders to a friend and receive 20% off on your next order. Totally unacceptable when dealing with money period.

I have ordered and received a pair of sandals which are poor quality and to add insult to injury they sent a size 6 when I ordered a British 8.

As a result I have been in correspondence with them when they deny they have made a mistake and won’t pay for the return of the shoes to China, which cost half of the over shoe price.

I wouldn’t deal with these people as clearly service and quality aren’t within their ethics and thou they advertise free shipping that is one way so if you they ship whatever they do and it’s incorrect then it’s your expense to get the return to them and they won’t refund ( and haven’t with me to date) until the item is returned.

They hark on about the sizing matrix on their website but then the shoes which is American sizes which is fine until I received the shoes and found they were sized in European sizes.So I wanted a British 8 and got a 39 which is size 6!!!

2 weeks after i ordered i received an email stating that part of my order was shipped to my home,but we never received the water shoes. Emailed them back ,they gave me a new tracking number ,lol.It has been 6 weeks now since I first placed my order and still waiting. I asked to cancel my order and refund my credit card, all they did was resend me my tracking numbers. The shoes and hat are still in China. I wish that I would have read some of the reviews before i ordered. Now I will just try calling my bank to get the charges removed.

Ordered size 9 sandals. 3 weeks later received sandals with no size markings, and about size 10 or 11. Sent photo of my foot next to giant sandal, asking for a pre-paid return shipping label. Also pointed out missing size label or marking inside sandal or on the sole. Was asked to send picture of sandals next to tape measure. Sent picture with tape measure and Nike sandal size 9, a good 1" shorter, and their sandal for comparison. Response was to ship sandals back to China address at my expense for refund. That is unacceptable. Will file fraud charge with credit card company.

Pearlyo is the worst on-line business I have ever dealt with in all my years buying from the internet. 3 weeks after placing my order, they were slow to respond and didn't even have the right customer name. I have now canceled my order and will never shop from them again. Poor service, terrible response time and I am sure (although I cannot confirm) terrible product quality.

Ordered 2 pair and after doing so read reviews online. Many of the reviews were horrible and I thought I wasted $75. Well I received one pair in a week from LA and the 2nd pair from China within 2 weeks. Man was I pleasantly surprised good quality for the money, comfortable and nice looking shoes! Remember for $40 you're not going to get the quality of a $200 shoe but for $40 a nice pair of shoes. Just ordered another 3 pair for $90 with a 30% off coupon plus free shipping!

Utter rubbish and refuse to refund unless I send the shoes back to China!!!!

Their sizing is different than every other manufacturer on the planet. So I'd bet that any positive review has been left by their friend or relatives

Received my waterproof sandals promptly. They were everything promised. Super comfortable,well made . My wife and I will be ordering a couple of other shoes. Considering getting our grown kids a pair for their birthdays.

Horrible Company, Horrible product, Horrible customer service.
Ordered a pair of water shoes, size 13. Received them, and recognized immediately by looking at them that they were too small. Couldn't even get them on. They were labeled with the correct size, but were NOT a 13. My son is a size 12, and they were too small for him. Customer service said I would have to exchange them by sending to China at my Expense! And they would give me a 15% discount on my next purchase!

I ordered a pair of the water proof fisherman sandals and they arrived very fast, for the price they have been great, and very comfortable. I would recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a great pair of inexpensive comfortable shoes.

I just received my water shoes which took 3 weeks to get. I ordered a women's size 7 and they are extremely large, more like a size 9. When I went through the packaging to find out where to return them there is no email, phone number or address to contact. Seems pretty elusive to me. I had to research online to find an email and I wrote to them to give them advice about the refund/replacement sheet they provide. What are they trying to hide? Not the kind of company I choose to do business with in the future. Buyers Beware!

Ordered 2 months ago and still waiting. I guess I will get the sandal just before Christmas so I can see how the traction they have on snow and ice and if I get hypothermia as fast as the sandals arrived from China?

Order a pair of shoes they arrived 5 days later and they are great.... I was able to track my package. Great service

Poor quality wrong color and it took a month to get them.

I wish I had checked out this company and these reviews before I got suckered by them. It’s a total scam. The shoes look nice on the website but are cheap crap when u get them. You are forced to return them to China if you don’t like them. There is a U.S. office in Boston Mass. The other reviews here are dead on. Please avoid this business and spread the word.
