We bought an MG car from Dylan Mogg at RMG Slyfield Green. Dylan was friendly, professional and had a good knowledge base. There was a “no pressure” sales talk and he answered all our questions fully. The paperwork and purchasing was dealt with in an efficient manner and from meeting Dylan to picking up the car we were treated excellently. We would totally recommend Dylan and the other members of staff we dealt with.

Fantastic experience
We had a fantastic experience dealing with Elliott at Hyundai Guildford. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, without ever being pushy or making us feel pressured.
Elliott took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our decision. He made what can sometimes be a stressful process of choosing a new car feel really straightforward and enjoyable.
We’re really pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Elliott to anyone looking for a new Hyundai. Excellent customer service from start to finish - thank you, Elliott.

Only giving 1 star as it doesn’t allow any less! Having read the other 1 star reviews it seems we’re not alone with how they’ve treated us. Quite possibly the WORST garage ever. Absolutely terrible communication, if you’re lucky enough to speak to someone you’re promised a call back which never happens. Been waiting 4 weeks for a call back from service to sort a hire car so the warranty work can be carried out. This is after they already had the vehicle for 10 days and couldn’t resolve any of the issues it was booked in for. They even told us there was nothing wrong with the car which resulted in us driving there to show them the problem! The car was originally booked in on 26th August and despite calling the garage at least 20 times and sending numerous emails we’re yet to hear back from anyone. Absolutely shocking customer service and has been way more stressful than it needs to be. AVOID.

I called at spoke with Elliott Falkner, who was very friendly and helpful, a then bought a car from here which was very straightforward and quick. Since buying the car, Elliott has still been in touch helping me with any enquiries I’ve had.
