Only two minor criticisms. 1. I asked if the car would come with a full tank of diesel and was told that it would. It didn't. 2. The car had been in the showroom for quite some time, yet still didn't have mats. I'll now need to collect these when they are delivered to the dealership.

Outstanding Experience
The experience was so easy and laid back, fantastic customer service and incredibly friendly staff. Everything clearly explained and left feeling I'd got a great deal and had been well treated throughout.

Elliott Falkner was super approachable with helping me find the Hyundai Tucson to be my next car! A professional and helpful experience with Suzuki Richmond. Jag was very accommodating of my needs and went out of his way to find the right car within my needs and budget.
The car arrived very quickly and I was supported well to understand all of the new elements, including how to set up charging for the electric vehicle.
