We recently completed our sale, and while the journey was far from straightforward, I want to recognise Catherine Salisbury at the Heywood branch for her efforts throughout the process.

The transaction took a long time to complete, and the chain was quite complex with several challenges along the way. There were moments when the situation became frustrating and, at times, quite stressful. There were even points where we seriously considered pulling out altogether. However, I appreciate that many of these issues were outside of Catherine’s control, and my frustrations were never a reflection of her personally.

Despite the difficulties, Catherine remained professional, patient, and supportive throughout. She consistently kept me informed of any updates and was always reassuring during uncertain periods. Her communication and persistence helped provide some much-needed clarity and confidence that the sale would eventually complete.

Overall, while the process itself was challenging, I’m grateful for Catherine’s dedication and efforts in seeing it through to the end.

Catherine Salisbury deserves all the 5 stars. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. There were other "professionals" in the chain who should be ashamed of themselves but Catherine was a beacon of calm and sanity during a complicated sale. Well done Catherine for representing your company in such a professional manner.

The agent was very rude and uncooperative, delaying information and not providing a useful conduit between seller and buyer. Eventually due to frustration I contacted the seller independently and we bypassed the agent as much as we could.

Kia has been brilliant managing our communications when purchasing our property. We really appreciated her help with getting to a completion date, she responded promptly and made it aseamless process. Would highly recommend, thanks Kia.
