Stansted Airport Cheap Parking 

A friend booked us parking here, unfortunately not reading the reviews. Very annoyed to have to pay and extra £10 each as I had read we shouldn't have to pay this. Once called when we landed we waited over an hour for a shuttle. There were too many people waiting by this point so not enough seats, we were asked who would wait for the next shuttle, you can imagine how that went down. No room at the back for the larger bags so people had to sit with them on their laps, this was made more difficult by the speed the driver then drove back to the field. No apology for being late etc.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM- By Giving a 1 star review is being generous.
Firstly- there are hidden fees, website states there aren't- £10 per family each way for Airport drop off- there were 4 families in the minibus, and you get dropped at Radisson Hotel, not entirely a fee is required.
Secondly- 15-20 minute way on your return- Try over 1 hour at 1am in the morning with 3 children under 11.- The car park is only 10mins away.
Thirdly- When finally got back to Car park/Dust bowl, car was still blocked in, had to wait another 20 mins so we could finally start Journey.

This is a shambles of a company, trading standards should investigate/ shut down ASAP. I WILL be putting a case forward.

That’s the worst car park I’ve ever used. I waited one hour and a half to be picked up from the airport, then my car was not ready for pick up and I had to wait another half an hour to get the car out. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I would never use it again.

The airport transfer service was absolutely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I was forced to wait for over 2 hours after arriving, despite having already paid £20 in advance for a “guaranteed” transfer.

In the end, I had no choice but to arrange and pay for an Uber myself, which completely defeats the purpose of pre-booking and paying for this service. The communication was extremely poor — when they did answer the phone, they repeatedly lied, saying the transfer would arrive in “5 minutes.” Each time, this turned into another 30 minutes of waiting with no actual pickup.

On top of that, the parking area itself looks more like a scrapyard than a proper car park. The entire place feels neglected, disorganized, and far from a safe environment to leave your vehicle.

This level of disorganization and dishonesty is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others not to rely on this service unless they want to risk being stranded and wasting both time and money.

Horrible experience. While we were waiting at the airport for pickup, they suddenly demanded an additional £60. They refused to send a car until we paid, leaving us with no real choice since it was after 10pm and we were traveling with a five-year-old child. It felt like outright extortion and blackmail.

This is the worst airport parking service I have ever experienced, to start with I was charged £20 at the time of dropping my car and told that it was for the transfer from the airport round trip and I needed to call the parking number given on my return arrival. The parking was like a construction site in the middle of nowhere where cars were packed up back to back. I was dropped off at the Front Radison hotel. On my return I called the number promptly and was told that I would have wait 40-50 minutes at the Radisson hotel drop off. The transfer bus arrived 1.5 hours later after repeated calls and being different excuses for the delay to the number of passengers waiting to get back to the parking lot. This was absolutely unacceptable, the driver was rude and abusive asking a number of passenger to wait for the next shuttle even though most of had been waiting for over an hour. This whole scenario is scam where customers are let to believe that they are getting a cheap airport parking. I will never use this service again and will be taking this further.

If I could give this airport parking company zero stars, I would.

On arrival, there was no driver in sight to take us to the airport. We were left waiting 40 minutes before a minibus finally showed up—only for staff to tell passengers to put children on their knees to squeeze everyone in. Completely unsafe and unacceptable. Some people had already been waiting over an hour and had actually missed their flights.

The return journey was even worse. After following their instructions, we were told to wait outside a hotel for 50 minutes at 10:30pm—with two young children. No apology, no urgency, just complete disregard. We ended up paying for a taxi ourselves because we couldn’t wait any longer.

When we got back to the car park, it was obvious no one had any intention of picking us up—the minibus hadn’t even moved and there was no driver anywhere. The staff we did encounter were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.

To add insult to injury, we were charged £10 each way for transfers that barely existed, and they flat-out refused a refund or even partial compensation for the taxi we had to take.

The site itself looks more like a scrap yard than a secure car park, which says everything about the operation.

This company is an absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs—they are unreliable, unsafe, and, frankly, feel like a scam.

Absolutely disgusting. Had to wait 40 minutes for a taco break when we dropped the car off.
Then when we arrived back we’re left to wait almost an extra 30 minutes - despite calling multiple times and the driver being in the hotel at the pick up point!! Other firms came and went - commenting on how this was a regular occurrence. The boss seemed in capable of getting his staff to do even answer the phone. The car is also absolutely filthy. They charged an extra ten pounds for drop off and another ten for pick up at the Radisson Blu Hotel and filled the taxi to the brim. They made no attempt at apology.
The car park is very badly organised with cars parked on-top of each other. I would never leave my car here again. It is clearly a hugely profitable organisation that doubtlessly avoids tax at every turn.
So not cheap, not fast and far from reliable.

Directions didn't get you to the actual location, so had to search for the location about 0.5 miles away.
Left the car in a field with all cars blocking each other and handed over keys.
Was then advised they charge an extra £10 per person for the shuttle service which dropped us off at a nearby hotel rather than the airport.
On arrival back at the airport, called the number provided and was told shuttle would be 30m wait. One driver arrived but we were told he had to have a 30min rest break and another driver would be along 5-10 mins time. We waited approx 1h15 in total in the cold and rain and the original driver took us back to the field once he had finished his break.

DO NOT use this company they need closing down and it’s a scam to make money.

avoid at all costs! Hidden £20 fee for shuttle pick up and drop off and the drop off location isn’t even outside the terminal. The shuttle frankly comes at whatever time, on my shuttle back some people were waiting 2+ hours for the shuttle and when it finally arrived and many people were understandably upset, the driver was not the least bit apologetic and went to slam the door in customers faces. Abysmal service, abysmal parking I wish I never came across them so I implore you not to make the same mistake I made.

Avoid – Fraudulent, Poor Service, Damage, and No Accountability

Awful experience with Stansted Airport Cheap Parking (booked via Compare Airport Parking).

Left waiting 40 minutes on arrival and over an an hour when we returned, adding unnecessary stress to the trip. Staff were unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving anything.

Worse still, our car was returned with a damaged alloy, clearly curbed. The vehicle is brand new, which makes this even more frustrating. There was no apology and no ownership taken.

We’ve raised a claim, but there has been no response or insurance information provided.

Overall, an awful, unprofessional & deemed fraudulent service provided. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at every cost possible!

Avoid this parking. The additional £20 shuttle bus charge is not made clear until after booking. Waited to be picked up at Stansted for nearly 60 minutes. Driver arrived then had to have his 30 minute break in the hotel due to driving time limits. He said another bus would come and get us. But this did not happen so we waited 30 minutes for him. Tried to call the office but got put on hold then cut off. When we finally got back our car was blocked in so had to wait further to get it out. Car park is very rough with lots of big stones. No apology or explanation for the poor service. Pleasant driver but doing the passenger register on his phone while driving probably not the best idea.

avoid this car park at all costs!! Please read the reviews and do not choose this car park. Not only are the workers and service horrible but despite them stating on their website that there’s transfers ‘every 20 minutes’ us and multiple other people on different days had to wait almost an hour for the transfer to the airport causing us to almost miss our flight.Not only was this an issue with us but multiple other people as when we were coming back waiting for the transfer many were there waiting for hours in the freezing cold at 12pm with all of us sharing the same experience. Yet when we all brought this up to the workers they laughed in our face never choosing this car park again.

Do not book with this company - terrible wait times for transfer and bad environment to leave your car in. They also charge an extra £20 when you get there for the transfer (that you then have to wait 40 minutes or more for). I am writing this as I wait in the cold for the transfer that was meant to be here half an hour ago. Appalling.

Very very bad service. we had to go to the actual car park because of stuff negligence. The parking area which your car will be taken is a farm full of stones and metals. the cars are parked very close to each other and not much friendly help by car park stuff also.

I would strongly advise against using New Farm Parking near Stansted Airport. My sister parked her car there recently, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing and stressful.

On our return, we were instructed to wait outside the Radisson Hotel, which is already an inconvenient walk from the airport. What followed was completely unacceptable — we were left waiting in the rain for over an hour. There were other customers there too, including a couple who had been waiting nearly an hour and a half.

We repeatedly called the company for updates, and each time we were told “5 minutes,” which was clearly not true. When the shuttle finally arrived, it was overcrowded, with around eight other frustrated customers waiting to be picked up.

Things only got worse when we arrived at the car park. One customer was actively complaining that their car window had been broken, and the staff showed no willingness to help or take responsibility. That was very concerning to witness.

Overall, the service was disorganised, unreliable, and completely lacking in customer care. They seem quick to respond defensively to reviews, but not to actually assist customers when it matters.

I would not recommend this parking service to anyone — it’s simply not worth the hassle or the risk.

Park pilot parking at New Farm - AWFUL !

Absolutely terrible experience not only do they charge you extra for the van that they call a transfer ( which works out more expensive than the actual airport) the customer service is terrible.

All the cars are crammed in and were dusty / muddy. It’s like a scrap yard.

To top my experience my jeep didn’t start and we had to get jump leads to get it going again, they had obviously moved it and left the light on. Not what you expect when paying for a service. Then they tried to charge me extra for a late pickup. Shocking ! I also have some new scratches on my vehicle.

DO NOT use this company they need closing down and it’s a scam to make money.

I would email them and complain but there is zero point as they don’t even communicate well in person let alone email.

Funny how the business owner keeps responding to negative Google reviewers saying that their booking conveniently doesn’t exist. I will repeat here that this car park is awful and run on an illegal site. Proof of which can be found on the Uttlesford council enforcement list .. appealing it on the basis that you have x amount of bookings to fulfil is ridiculous especially looking at the satisfied(?) customers leaving the 1* reviews. Awful place, awful management, needs to be shut down, I wouldn’t even be surprised if the staff working there are being exploited too because some of these reviews are very concerning. The forced last minute hidden charges onsite also need reporting to CMA. All 5* reviews are undoubtedly being left by the owner himself plus all his staff. Ridiculous

Don't be like me, avoid this place at all costs. With their hidden fees, you won't save a penny parking here and the service is abysmal.
