SCAMMERS!!!! NEVER USE

ILLEGAL CAR PARK, PLEASE DONT USE 😡😡😡😡

Please DO NOT use this place for parking. It is a hustle, you are charged an extra £20 when you arrive for drop off and collection, which isn't mentioned on booking. The place is miles from the airport, and the shuttle is dirty. We had to wait over an hour to be collected from a cold uncovered hotel car park hundreds of metres from the terminal.

They are charging extra from everything
For transfer to airport if you are coming earlier to pick up the vehicle and also don't answer on phone.

If you speak to Uttlesford district council they can confirm there is an ongoing investigation to get them removed. Dirty mud track, dangerous driving. Good luck parking your car somewhere that’s been illegally set up

TOTAL SCAM! Do not book with them.
When we arrive we were in total shock of the lack of order, cars are parked everywhere with absolutely no care. We were told to leave it anywhere and there wasn’t a single space, we witnessed other people who had their keys lost and had been waiting for hours.

There is a hidden fee of £10 each per transfer to the airport, which made it the equivalent price of Stansted official car parking. Which comes every 40 minutes and isn’t big enough for the amount of people they book.

We ended up leaving and parking at Stansted itself, because we nearly missed our flight by minutes.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!

AVOID, I should have checked with Trustpilot before booking and avoided the shambles.

Clay substrate field used to tightly compact parking, language barrier with staff, onsite toilet not fit for purpose. Not fit to conduct business.

After booking and paying you are told about the £10 fare to airport and
return, which makes it the same price as parking at airport!!
The man in Manchester who answers the phone has poor English. Last night we rang at 10.15pm but it was 11.20pm before the minibus arrived.
This is the only bus, so it meant everyone did not get on the bus and it eoukd have been after midnight before getting picked up. When you telephone you are told driver on his way. Supposedly a 12 to 17min journey. Will not use them again.

This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was chaos and felt like they were just trying to squeeze extra money out of us. We were charged an extra £20 just to be taken to the airport, which was never clearly stated beforehand.
Then we were left standing around for 30 minutes because the driver REFUSED to take us, saying his shift had finished. Absolutely ridiculous—why are customers being made to wait because of your poor organisation?
It only got worse when we came back. They tried to charge us an “early return fee,” claiming we were supposed to collect the car on the 26th instead of the 19th. Complete nonsense. We are not stupid—we would never book 12 nights instead of 4, and it doesn’t even match the £70 we paid.
When we asked for proof or even a simple price list, they said they don’t have one. That tells you everything you need to know. They are clearly making up charges as they go along.
The staff were also extremely intimidating, which is completely unacceptable—especially considering we are just two young girls. We felt uncomfortable and honestly quite unsafe dealing with them.
This company is a complete joke—dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly trying to scam customers. Do NOT use them under any circumstances unless you want to be overcharged and treated terribly. Go somewhere else and save yourself the stress.

New Farm Parking -Stanstead

What an absolute shambles, booking was cheap, arrived to parking to find a hut within a dusty mud field, was told a £20 fee was required for drop off & pick up! Was dropped at a hotel not the airport drop off point, on return waited about an hour, our keys where in a plastic basket with other keys, took 10 mins to find, told our car was ready, it wasn’t! We left written instructions for our immobiliser, clearly ignored as engine management light was on, when I tried to speak to staff he shrugged and turned his back to me, I told him his car park was a joke and he shrugged ohhh and I think an Asian Colin McCray was driving our bus as I’ve never felt so thrown around in a mini bus in my life!!! Absolutely disgusting service and I feel my one star is way to generous…SHUT THESE COWBOYS DOWN!!

Stay away from this company absolute disgrace £20 for return shuttle to airport be advised it doesn't drop you at the airport it only takes you to the Radison hotel some 500m from the terminal..return shuttle was told 50mins wait ended up getting a £22 taxi my car was absolute filthy when we got there plz plz plz don't waste ur money seek a different car park closer too the airport you won't regret it

Terrible terrible service . Zero customer service and fails to deliver customer in time both there and back . Waited for over an hour . DONT USE.

If you would like to start and finish your trip in the worst was possible then choose this place - an hour and a half we were kept waiting to be picked up and taken back to the car 7 phone calls in which they said they were round the corner which is just one of the many excuses they came up with and that’s when they were nice enough to not hang up on us immediately. I’d I could rate this any lower I would - I would rather walk 4 hours to and from the airport than choose this place again

Absolutely disgusting service avoid at any cost. 1.5 hours wait for transfer missed my flight.

Incorrect address provided so we couldn't find it. Dusty, gravelly field, not a car park. Hidden fees. Rude staff. On return to UK, left us waiting in the cold until they deemed there were enough people to fill a bus (some people waited over an hour). Lost my key! Also, the way I saw them treating other customers was a disgrace.

Horrible,the name of the parking on the farm is very similar to the original (Jet) parking at Stansted airport just to make you book. Very long waiting times to be dropped to and from airport. Dirty (never seen the wash) people carrier van. Not shown on the website £20 fee for drop and pick (paid at the farm). Dust everywhere-no asphalt or concrete but compacted mud. You need to leave the car key for them to move your car around as very busy. The office never replied for 4 of my emails. 20% cancellation fee is your only option if you manage to cancel on time. Never again!!!

Avoid this place. Absolutely horrible experience. They have lost our car key.
First, we waited over 40 minutes at 1am to be collected after landing. When we finally arrived at New Farm Car Park, we were told our car key had been lost.
We were then left waiting outside in the cold for 4 hours with our children. Staff showed no care or urgency, especially Awais. When I asked to sit somewhere warm, I was told to sit in another customer’s car, which was full of belongings and very distressing for my children and we couldn’t stay inside. Awais then said his shift was over and passed the issue on, with no resolution. After 4 hours, we were finally driven home.
A very stressful and unacceptable experience

Had the worst experience with these guys avoid at all costs, had lots of trouble finding the address, when returning they wouldn’t answer the phone after 20 min they answered and said they it’ll take another 50 min to get to me I was outside in the cold waiting with my white and 3 kids freezing , managed to get on the van after 1 hour and 15 min even then there were no space for all of us so I went only myself got the car and came back to take my whife, please avoid

I wish ZERO STARS was possible. Disrespectful ??staff?? Most likely illegally operating. AVOID!!! Disgustingly rude, complete lack of response to about 10 different customers who were stranded at the airport for hours in the cold at 1am, with children (who were told to share a seat with parents to fit more people in the van??) complete lack of safety. Finally got to the car park and found our cars had been driven and used, filthy and flat tires. Shut this place down immediately.

Where to begin. The directions in the confirmation email to not take you to the correct location. No where in the email does it state you need to go to New Farm parking. Not what you want when you have a flight to catch.
Upon arrive, there is no one giving you directions. I drove all the way into the back field and saw burnout, crashed cars and caravans. Very concerning.
You are thrown into a smelly shuttle bus. Personally I was told to sit in the boot with the luggage.
On collection, my car was filthy and I couldn't see out of any windows. I inspected my car on site in the dark and couldn't find any damages (this was at 1am). The next morning and I saw they had badly scratched my car and tried to cover it up with some sort of paint which ran all down the side. Bunch of pikeys if you ask me
