Stansted Airport Cheap Parking 

This place is terrible. Cars parked on uneven muddy ground and, in all different directions huddled up together. Damage to vehicles are inevitable. Over priced and as dodgy as they come. To think this car park is associated with one of the world's busiest and most expensive airports is an understatement. Trading standards need to be involved!!!

This is a very sketchy operation. When I arrived they told me that there was an extra £20 charge to transfer to and from the airport - of course they have you over a barrel. There was nowhere to wait in the rain apart from a tiny cabin. When the transfer van arrived there weren’t enough seats, so some of us had to sit illegally without seatbelts. At the airport they don’t drop you at the front but round the back near a hotel.

The worst car park facility ever! They charge extra to drop you to the airport from the farm and pick you up. My pick up was delayed by an hour, they left us waiting in the cold. Not to mention you leave your car on a dirty farm so you’ll come back to your car in an awful state. Will never use again.

So this is not a cheap car park it has a hidden cost which in fact you end up paying more
I’ll never use these guys again an absolute rip off.

I want to make people aware that New Farm is currently under an enforcement notice from the local council. The notice requires the cessation of parking and storage of motor vehicles and also the removal of hard surfaces and shipping containers on the site.

From 22nd September 2025, anyone using the site could be affected. There is a compliance period of two months, and failure to comply is considered a criminal offence.

If you’re considering leaving your car, van, or anything else here – think again. You may end up in a difficult legal situation if the site is shut down or cleared.

Please be cautious and avoid using New Farm for parking or storage until this issue is fully resolved with the council.

Almost missed flight as sat nav is telling you while you are on motor way that you arrived! Couldn’t find it for almost an hour, tried calling them they finally answered I was already looking to park somewhere on the street and arranged taxi to take me to the airport! Still I didn’t cancel taxi just in case and paid £30 for taxi driver and £15 when I came back for car wash as it was all covered in dirt someone even asked me if I came back from desert! Not worth it as I didn’t really save adding all these extra expenses and not worth the stress. They should provide pin location or any directions so you can find them but they didn’t bother, just opened car park on some hidden farm and thinking it’s okay! Never again
