All good. Staff went out of their way to be helpful in what was, for us, an urgent request for a replacement tyre. The price of the tyre was very fair. My husband was helped to get access as he uses a wheelchair.

Ticked all the boxes
Needed 2 tyres, it was really easy to book online. I turned up at the time I booked, they were expecting me, had a nice warm, bright, comfortable waiting room with hot drinks for me to wait in. Service was friendly and quick. I'll definitely use them for tyres again.

SIMPLY THE BEST TYRES.
I HAVE USED ETS FOR QUITE A NUMBER OF YEARS.AND ALWAYS FOUND THEM TO VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY HAVE ALWAYS FITTED MITCHELLIN TYRES TO MY CAR, SIMPLY BECAUSE I FIND THEM TO BE THE BEST TYRE. I HAVE HAD THEM FIT FOUR CROSS CLIMATE 3 TYRES, WHICH IS MY FIRST VENTURE WITH THIS TYPE OF TYRE AS I HAVE ALWAYS USED THE PRIMACY SERIES. AND HAD LONG MILEAGE OUT OF THEM. I HAVE NO REASON TO SUSPECT THAT THE CROSS CLIMATE 3 WILL GIVE ME THE SAME. I HAVE EVERY FAITH IN MITCHELLIN TYRES AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE SEEKING NEW TYRES WHERE COST IS NO PROBLEM.

Not a specialist but got to a resolution on a very fussy older car
Had a 4 wheel alignment done on my 23 year old Jaguar after some suspension work so obviously all 4 wheels didn't know what to do, the initial setup wasn't ideal, it got to a basic standard but I'm afraid I turned into one of those customers that knows best.....I asked for it to be looked at again and it duly was. These older Jaguars are extremely sensitive to alignment issues....The system they use doesn't include up to date information for such an old car but I provided it myself (they probably hate that!) and after talking with the chap actually doing the alignment we set it to the latest manufacturer specs. Needless to say it now drives like an absolute dream, some harshness over bumps is gone and it feels far more confident on the road, as it should do. Lots of places would simply hide behind their systems (hunter) being infallible but they aren't, and fortunately we sorted it out, many thanks!

I'd like to know why I was charged £390 for a Rover 75 back box when everywhere else on the internet was charging £130 for one. If I'd searched sooner I wouldn't have used ETS. This was the Sutton in Ashfield branch. I still feel conned.

I have used the Alfreton Road Derby…
I have used the Alfreton Road Derby group a few times now and they never fail to provide a great service.
My wife's car needed a replacement Tyre pressure sensor replacing, a quick call to them and an appointment was given for 3 hrs later. I arrived 15 mins earlier, but they still got onto it before my allotted time. Great service, polite staff and the price they quoted was the price I paid. No hidden extras.
Having had problems getting intouch with the local National tyres and Kwikfit branches which were chosen as they were nearer to me. ETS will now be my first contact, the others have no chance of my custom or recommendations.
I should have realised ETS were the ones to do business with. Thanks team.

So... ive used these for a number of years now, too many times to mention ( unfortunately) and with numerous cars ( again unfortunately) however what's not unfortunate is that you ALWAYS receive a great service with polite, helpful and courteous staff - nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend Ryan and the team more. So if your looking for a great, polite and above all, knowledgeable service that's always value for money go to EDEN TYRES at chesterfield.

I’ve been using ETS at Coalville for about 10 years now. I value their honesty & know that not only are their prices fair, but most importantly they will never advise work that isn’t needed.
My latest visit was for what I thought was a slow puncture. After a thorough investigation I was told & shown that there was actually nothing wrong with the tyre.
