Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure my tyres were safe and that I understood exactly what was needed, without trying to sell me things I didn’t need.
As a woman, it’s honestly so refreshing to visit a garage and not feel like you’re being taken for a ride (excuse the pun! 😂). The prices were fair, the advice was honest, and I never once felt pressured or like they were taking advantage.
It’s rare to find a garage you can completely trust, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. Fantastic service, honest advice and great value for money. I’ll definitely be using them again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As usual the staff were very helpful. I booked an inspection of the rear suspension because it was noisy. They found the problem and informed me of the repair costs. l agreed to proceed with the repair, they carried out the work and I am very pleased with the outcome.

I recently had a Michelin tyre replaced by Eden Tyres. There was initially a mix-up and the wrong version of the tyre was fitted, despite me requesting a like-for-like replacement.
However, I have to say that Eden Tyres handled the situation extremely well. Once I raised the issue, they acknowledged the mistake, apologised and arranged for the correct Michelin Primacy 4 S1 tyre to be ordered and fitted at no additional cost.
The communication from Lucy in customer service was excellent throughout — she was friendly, helpful and kept me informed at every stage.
The correct tyre was fitted yesterday, and I’m very happy with the outcome.
Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company deals with them that matters. Eden Tyres put it right professionally and without any fuss. I’d happily use them again and would recommend them. 👍

Excellent service. They were able to change 2 tyres and sort out a suspension problem promptly and very efficiently. The staff are helpful and professional . The overall cost was affordable.. i will certainly be returning and recommend them to my friends.

Towards the end of a Wiltshire to Nottingham journey yesterday my tyre warning light came up. I called the Mapperley branch this morning when they opened and arranged to take it to them straightaway, just after 8.30 am. It's only a 5 minute journey and I was back home at 9am. Brilliant friendly and helpful service. All tyres checked were OK, just needed more air. No charge. A real find.

Absolutely brilliant. Smooth from start to finish - able to book online on a Friday night at 8pm and in the next day for wheel alignment. Best price around and great service from Callum and the team, car on the ramp and done in 30 minutes. Plus really good free coffee!

Staff are great, really friendly and helpful. They identified a leaky seal on one tyre which they fixed for a fraction of the cost of a new tyre.

First class service from start to finish. Very polite hand helpful on the phone when booking an appointment to fix a puncture on a tyre. Reception staff friendly and efficient and the waiting area was very comfortable and you are able to view the workshop though a big window.
