Thank You Dean & His Dream Team!
Have just been for another repeat visit for my MOT at Eden Tyres & Servicing in Hinckley and will be returning for a service next week. In an ideal world these would have been done together but yet again I was incredibly disorganised and despite ETS offering the incredibly helpful service of MOT text reminders (and discount codes) I didn't get this booked in!
Despite my abysmal lack of organisation, the Branch Manager, Dean and the wonderful Cath, did as they always do, which is to go above and beyond with exceptional flexibility and customer service thus saving what would have been a ruined family event caused by me being a complete twonk. For which I am beyond eternally grateful!
Quite aside from the added bonus service of family harmony there is so much more to appreciate about this garage. You benefit from the excellent facilities you expect from the big dealerships but with the incredible value, service and familiarity of a local provider.
Knowing pitiful little about cars the paramount concern to me is trust and I value so much that I can (and absolutely do!) have total faith in what I'm being told and charged. Knowing that I see the same people that I have developed a relationship with over time is so important and I'm confident everytime I take my car there for whatever reason.
This also means I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending ETS Hinckley, Dean, Cath, the team (and the lush hot chocolate & comfy seats 😊) to anybody and everybody. If you encounter a problem there I feel pretty safe in saying the chances are that you were the problem! 😁

Fabulous service. Rang at 4.10, assessed at 430, drove off with exhaust fixed round 5.15. Extremely helpful and professional and the guy checked the tyre depth too.
Will definitely book here for service and tyres on October. Brilliant.

Brilliant service and communication. Took my Audi in for an MOT which unfortunately failed. They fixed the fault at a reasonable price and re-MOT'd it the next day.

Very happy with all aspects of the service provided. Easy to book a slot online to fit two new tyres and wheel alignment. Ryan in reception was professional and friendly and gave me an idea how long the job would take. I've used Eden before and can't fault them.

Excellent customer service
Having picked up a screw in my rear tyre over the weekend, causing me to pump up the tyre every 4 hours.
I called in to my local Eden Tyres in Coalville as soon as they opened Monday morning
The team understood my problem and got the tyre repaired in double quick time. My wife was in hospital, so one less thing to worry about.

Excellent customer service
Took my Citreon C3 into the Burton branch because the warning lights had come on for the tyre sensors ABS, the whole process was very proficient, from the initial contact to the appointment was extremely positive, my car was diagnosed and the part was sorted that day. Everyone I spoke to was professional and kind, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eden to anyone.
