Jonny was very helpful. Showed us different beds and mattresses at our price range. Encouraged us to take our time so there was no pressure to buy there and then. We ended up coming back to store a while later putting in our order. Explained delivery times etc

Wow. A lovely experience in EZ living at Holywood Exchange, we were greeted by Samantha Moffett who went above and beyond for us. Samantha was so incredibly kind and created such a lovely experience. The item we wanted had long term delivery, after being disappointed Samantha managed to get the item for us within 6 weeks which we were so incredibly grateful for. The item has arrived and it is just perfect and we are so thankful how Samantha went beyond for us.

I had a brilliant in store experience. Dealt with Conan who was so helpful, answered all questions was quick to give general and useful information and overall easy to deal with. The store had a great variety of bedroom furniture and sets that mixed and matched with eachother.

We bought a two seater satee with two matching chairs and a low level table. These were not in the store to view but were shown print out views of them. They looked good just what we were looking for. However when the items arrived I was shocked to see the size of the table, it was 1 meter square on the top. I thought I had ordered a rectangular table. It was really too big for the space. The delivery men looked at the documents I had and agreed that the drawing was that of a rectangular table and said that as they had opened it they could not take it back. They suggested I contact customer care and express my problem to them. This I have done and am still awaiting a reply from them. I would advise that if ordering from EZ living that you pay careful attention to the dimensions of the items you are buying, especially if they are not in the store for you to see for yourself.

Retail staff very helpful and knowledgeable.Very nice to be greeted kindly and a hot chocolate drink . I actually bought the table and stools I say at to have my drink !😂

We recently bought our new sofa at EZ living Ballymena where we were given great advice from Chris who give us plenty of advice and took time to allow us to make up our minds over 2 extended visits.
