Usman was a good consultant. He answered all my questions to my understanding. Definitely using Palm Flights.

I wish I could give them minus stars — even 1 star feels too generous based on my experience. They called me today at approximately 15:10 and told me they would pay me £948 in cash and £100 in vouchers, claiming this was the refund amount provided by Uganda Airlines. I originally paid £1048 to travel on the 26th of December with Uganda Airlines. The airline then cancelled my flight, and none of the alternative dates they offered were suitable for me. I requested a refund, and on 11/12/2025 they emailed me the following breakdown and asked me to reply with approval. I refused, as the cancellation was not my fault and I do not believe I should be penalised.
TOTAL AMOUNT: £1048.00
CANCELLATIONS / REFUND
BEFORE DEPARTURE
Refundable Amount in Bank/Card: £730.00
Amount in Voucher: £120.00
Cancellation Charges: £198.00
Then on 30/12/2025 they emailed me this:
TOTAL AMOUNT: £1048.00
CANCELLATIONS / REFUND
BEFORE DEPARTURE
Refundable Amount in Bank/Card: £900.00
Amount in Voucher: £148.00
Again, I refused. In my view, this goes against consumer rights, as my refund should be returned in the same format and amount that I originally paid for a service I did not receive.
Today they called again and said they would now refund:
TOTAL AMOUNT: £1048.00
Refundable Amount in Bank/Card: £948
Amount in Voucher: £100
Once again, I refused. It seems they are avoiding email communication now and relying on phone calls instead. Based on my experience, I feel this company has acted dishonestly.
THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS.

Iqra from Palm Flights handled my booking, and although there were some challenges with pricing changes and back-and-forth communication, we managed to find an acceptable solution in the end. She was courteous and patient throughout the process, staying late to ensure the job was completed.

I had a really great experience with Palm Flight Ltd, especially thanks to Iqra. From the very beginning, she was supportive, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best option. USMAN - and I have been speaking for some time now and despite some challenges in airline costs and date restrictions - Usman always works hard to find a solution even if that may take days and several attempts he commits himself to helping me sometime working beyond the office hours to find a solution for me.

I would recommend Usman to anyone looking for some flight options and solutions. I look forward to working with him for many more years as I always need to travel.

They took a deposit for a flight then 3 days later told me the flight is cancelled and refused to refund my deposit. They tried increasing the price by £500 and tried to persuade me to book for different dates which I hadn’t agreed to. Absolute SCAMMERS DO NOT USE

Awful customer service... crooks and scammers, not to mention thieving from the customer. Did not deliver what they promised and refused to give a refund.
Stay away from them, don't even entertain them.
