I must commend Hamza for the service he gave me when I called buy flight ticket. He took time to explain the flight details and availed me the opportunity to ask questions where needed. He gave me different options and I eventually got the one that suits my schedule at a very low price.
I am happy with the services I received from Hamza.

Nobody should fall under this peoples trap. They such a scam. Everything they do is just to get your money and make silly mistakes. Later they will tell you its your fault whiles they clearly know what you are saying is true.
I was introduced to this peoples by friend. And i called in to book my holidays flight. I paid £150 the first day as deposit and month after i paid £620. Not know she didnt book me a ticket with return she just book the flight for me to go on my holidays. I called in again and she said my ticket is an opened ticket so i can return any time from the day of the flight till the next two months all i need to do is to give them a call and they will sort it out. Not knowing all is a scam. I called in again just to be sure of what she said again because my partner said there is nothing like that. I asked for my assistant who assisted me in my ticket and was told she left the job. I asked if she left anything about my ticket about it being an opened ticket and they said there is nothing like that so its a no. I requested for a refund and they got back to me with £370 cancellations fees with i can even book a return ticket with that. Now they are asking me to pay over £400 just for a return ticket. Never fall they tricks it is all lies and. Scam.

This guys are bunch of fraudstars I booked a flight wen I was supposed to pay the attendant practically delayed till the next day wen I called he said the flight has been cancled I asked for a way forward he said I should buy another ticket then wait for Turkish air for compensation wen I asked for refund of my initially deposit the guy stated saying shit I asked for prove that Turkish airline can led the flight he bluntly told me he won’t send me they are thieves this is not the first time this palm flight guys did similarthieves

BIGGEST Scam … save your money .. don’t buy from Palm Flights …

They dont even deserve that 1 star. Such fraudulent company. Cant believe fell in their trap. MARIA the representative who dealt with us, APPARENTLY has left them ( another lie). Maria made promises which she could not fulfill, Mislead us. She and everyone at Palm flights are scammers. Don’t ever book your flight with them.

I regret to say that my experience with Palm Flights has been nothing short of a scam. I was misled and financially taken advantage of, and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake.

Maria, the representative I dealt with, was dishonest and evasive. She made promises that were never fulfilled, misrepresented what I was paying for, and once the payment was made, all accountability disappeared. When I raised concerns and asked for clarification or a refund, I was either ignored or given vague, unhelpful answers.

This is not just poor customer service — it’s deceptive conduct. The whole interaction felt manipulative and scripted, as if I was dealing with someone trained to string me along just long enough to make a sale. If you’re considering booking with them — don’t. Save yourself the money, time, and stress. There are many reputable travel agencies out there; this is not one of them. Maria was dishonest agent who tried every tack tick on me!!! I asked for a refund everything was blamed on me. I definitely will be escalating this further!! And every one who had been scammed by maria or this company should tooooo!!! We have legal framework in the united kingdom thank god for that!! So we must Use our rights against these scammers!

Maria booked found me a ticket to Washington at a good price. She persisted in contacting me even during the weekend to confirm and book the flight.

My experience was very good and nice. The person helping me was Maria, she was quite good mannered ane helpful as she tried hard to look for the best flights and offered me the best options. Overall the service was very pleasant.

A lady called Roma, from Palm flights contacted me following my review warning people to request everything in writing requesting , no rather DEMANDING, that I take down my review and a refund will be processed . At the start of the call, it was “we are processing your refund , please if you can take down the review”. I then asked for clarity as to whether they are selling me my refund for me to take down an honest account of their misconduct as I will not take down the review but will only add that they have refunded me but with no alteration of my honest review. With this said, she then said we are cancelling the refund😂. I called them back to verify the intent of this and said I’m taking it down send my money, then she said “Take it down first then we will refund”.
I can boldly say that the small number of negative reviews here is because of people desperate to recover their losses! Not because they make amends and treat customers with respect and honor their end of the bargain. I will not take down any review. Any further contact and harassment to take down anything will be going straight to the police! TRANSACT WITH PALM FLIGHTS AT OWN RISK!

Maria was very helpful when i called to reserve my return flights. Maria found the best deals that made things more easier for me and my family. I highly recommend Palm flight and hope you all get the help of Maria!!

Danish the agent found me a flight and I was told to pay £80 deposit to secure the flight . I was then told flights selected is no longer available. He then attempted to sell me a more expensive alternatives that would have more significant expenses which I declined. I lost my initial urgent deposit as advised to secure the flight.

Customers do not receive their money back from this company or the airline as long as you accept a more costly alternative flight, if you refuse like myself , deposit is lost.

Section 2 of the booking forms , which mentions a £75 admin fee for cancellation statements are very deceptive and fraudulent.

Please do not use and avoid

I’ve called for enquiry on 2nd of January, everyday I been contacted to give a deposit and on 08/01 I decided to pay full ticket which I been told I can’t and I have to pay only deposit and promised that the fares won’t increased if so I will receive full money back. Once received the deposit I got emailed and calls, told me there’s a problem with 1 passenger seat, it won’t be together which doesn’t make sense, I told them to make 2 booking then I received another emailed the price has been increased by £207. I’ve emailed to their admin and kept contacted them but they want me to agree that I have cancelled my ticket before travelling and I will loose £50 on my deposit. Which I refused. They are scammers. Don’t pay deposit if you get a good deal pay the full ticket. I reported them to Action Fraud.
