Danish has fraudulently requested extra money by misleading information. He conned me and my friend an extra £240. on top of our tickets fares, in false presence that the amount will be refunded by the airline which is a lie. I wrote to the CEO Samya Tahir but she failed to look into the matter. Being a CEO of the company she should have responded to our emails. Currently I am complaining to ombudsman, trading standards travel agency licencing and other relevant agencies. My friend and me would not let go until our monies are refunded. Even my bank has been escalated this as the way Danish coerced us to make payments. First deposit he sent a link and the outstanding plus the extra money he convinced us to make a money transfer in his Virgin BAN account. These people are fraud.

Very deceptive staff and fraudulent people in this place.
I gave this agent, Danish my travel dates but he came back with a different return confirmation and promised to change the dates as soon as it is open, but then failed to do this. Myself and my children were stranded in Nigeria. I kept contacting him and he then told me 'What do I want him to do' that I should show him where he promised to change my dates. I called him every week before I travelled and he kept assuring me he will change it. I will never ever use any Asian operated Travel agents as this is my 3rd time through with these people. All they want is their bonus from the Airline and no care for the customer paying all that money. I lost 4 days wages and got fined by my child's school.

Danish was able to get me seats on the flights, but he was not able to reserve the seats for a reasonably acceptable price within the agreed budget without changing the dates.

I was a bit disappointed with the numerous date changes!
