Danish was able to get me seats on the flights, but he was not able to reserve the seats for a reasonably acceptable price within the agreed budget without changing the dates.
I was a bit disappointed with the numerous date changes!

Some of the staff are not helpful and rude this is not the first experience I have had chasing my ticket last year.
I had very bad experience with on of their called Maria who was absolutely rude to me. Apart from not being clear with English language she gets agitated and roars on you. Very insulting for a customer service agent. Very very cocky and rude. I hope she did to me does not happen to anyone after messing up my travel plans.
However, her colleague Anna whom I complained to, took over to cool me down and made things much better.
