The most incompetent travel company to deal with. A year on and I am still waiting for a refund after promising to refund me a misely £100 for the mismanagement of pre-booked flight. They sent me a fake refund statement showing that they had made a payment to my account which never arrived. They then proceeded to blame me for their mistake. They also blamed the bank for not crediting my account.
Further more, their customer service agents were rude and disrespectful and couldn't even speak English. Why take up a job if you cannot perform your duties and resposibilities towards the customer in an English speaking country? I wasted so much time trying to talk to them.

Danish was very helpfull in booking the flight and also very polite. at first i thought it was a scam and i recieved my ticket and verified with the airline.

This company is terrible and a professional fraudster. We discussed the certain price £830 and she stated that it would not be changed. She also noted that she would issue me a ticket immediately after I paid a deposit £100. I waited for her to call back, but there was no call from her, The next day, the price changed, and I was told that the price was £1200. When I requested a refund, they told me the cancellation was £50 and they gave me a voucher which can be used on their site. They are not trustworthy but full of liars, fraudsters, and scammers. Also, their office address and the method of payment do not exist in UK. Be warned. Always, Ask them to send you the sort code and account name, if you want to get your money back.

My experience taught me that patience is the key. It was touch and go to begin with, as the date I initially wanted got changed, and it meant an increase in the fare that what was originally agreed on. However, Roma Khan did her best, to ensure the deal I got included checked in luggage, meals and sitting capacity as well as identifying a slightly shorter waiting time due to the geographies of how the journey where I am going was managed more effectively. Overall, it was a challenge but it worked out in my best interest in the end. Thank

First of all, thank you SARAH for truly being a great example of customer service for Palm Flights. You handled my date change very well and sought me the best deal which also included checked in luggage. I am very pleased with the service you gave. It would have been five star if it was a faster job but we still got there in the end and Sarah was determined to beat market price while giving us what we wanted. Your communication was clear and prompt. It has restored my faith in this small company. I think all staff should learn from SARAH. Great job!

Told me my flight was a certain price and that it won’t change then after i paid the deposit they quoted me an increased price, charging an extra £100. When i asked for my deposit back they then said that its not refundable.

I am very grateful for the service I experienced, they were very efficient, information was clear and concise. I will not hesitate to introduce friends and family, for the positive and great service you render.

Good customer service. Marwa is nice in assisting to get a better deal. The company has to improve delivery because I waited 5 hours before my e-ticket arrived in my email. Be patience when dealing with the company; they will deliver at the end. I will recommend them to my friends
