Marwa was very helpful during the stressful time.

Hamza was helpful better than all the others I spoke to to solve the issue regarding my deposit.

What made my experience great with Palm Flight is the option to pay in instalments and Hamza was very responsive finding me a good deals for me to chose from and according to my budget. For that thank you and keep up the good work.

I bought ticket for travelling the next day with Marwa. Excellent customer service and she kept in contacts with me making sure everything is right, even before departure I received an email from Marwa.
Hamza wad dealing with the payment, both are very experiences and knowledgeable. I really recommended them. Great job Marwa and Hamza.

Their service is horrible and they don't keep to their word. Instead of refunding my deposit in cash, they gave me a voucher which could only be used on their site. Very cunning people & not trustworthy. Please no one should patronise them. Am talking from my experience.

First time I've used parm flights. I've read good and bad reviews but I asked for help to find me cheap flights the Philippines. The lady who helped me was Marwa. She was fantastic in helping me so much stress relief she always asking me is that correct. She undstood everything I was requesting dates and flights. Courtesy was great, response to enquiry was quick and prompt follow up calls experinced.

We initially saw there website on google, we called and they offered us very cheap tickets and took a deposit of £250 claiming that they would reserve the seats with Emirate for us. The lady who spoke to (i have several email from her in regards to this), she assured us this was booked and we could pay whenever we were ready.

After a few weeks she called us demanding more money stating that the flights have now doubled the prices, we were shocked as she had assured us this would not happen. We then told her we do not want to book with palm flights anymore as this was not normal. She proceeded to cancel but refused to return out money £250 in total.

Then she agreed to return us back in credit, finally she agreed on email to return us £100 back and the rest in credit (which we cannot use as they are scammers), we still have not received the money.

Additionally, the representative was very rude and hostile to speak with.

PLEASE BEWARE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I was initially scared to book a ticket for myself as I have not done any before because of scam ,Hamza Hussain helped me with the process all through and I am happy,I can now be a regular customer of palm flight.

I can't believe I was tricked into paying first deposit for my daughters flight after one week I was asked to pay extra 139 pounds when I asked them to issue the ticked they didn't and later was asking for extra money to be paid so unprofessional so many hidden charges I will never recommend them so so unprofessional and not open

We paid a deposit of £200 to buy tickets to travel to Manila. We paid the full balance and Palm fights claimed that we had to pay more that price of the flights had gone up. They demanded more money.
When we asked for our money back the claimed that the money deposit was with the airline.
Beware of them
