Ordered flooring but received an email to say it was not in stock with no expected delivery date, so I cancelled 13th June. Cancellation was accepted and Vinyl Flooring UK said they would process a refund which would take 3-5 working days. 2 weeks later, despite sending many reminders to them, I still have not received my refund. I have asked for proof of payment but this has not been provided. Absolute scammers.

Delivered the wrong vinyl to me 3 weeks ago. Since then I have been constantly chasing them to try and arrange collection of the incorrect item and delivery of the correct item. When collection was finally arranged, they booked a 1 man courier service- 1 old man turned up with a small van to collect 2 7mx4m rolls of vinyl! Obviously he could not even lift it. Spoke with the courier who explained that vinyl flooring U.K. were repeatedly booking 1 man collection services despite the item needing 2. They also explained that they could have booked a service for the item to be collected and the new one delivered at the same time but for some reason they weren’t doing this.

The company has used multiple different excuses- firstly that their courier took the wrong item- then that they were not sending the right van - then that their vans had broken down - then that I wasn’t in to let the courier in. In total lies- anything but take accountability for their own shambolic service.

I Explained to vinyl flooring uk that I could not take delivery of new items until wrong ones were collected due to having no room in my house for them - I am heavily pregnant and due to their mistake, I have now had a massive trip hazard in my house for nearly a month. They have tried to deliver the new items 8 times, despite promising me they were being held in the warehouse until the wrong one was collected. No responsibility has been taken, I have had to chase them daily for any kind of answer. Called up today to be informed that the courier was not coming to collect the items at all and I would have to dispose of them myself! Then was told that not only this, they have also sent out the incorrect item AGAIN so I will have to wait even longer for the correct item to be sent! I now have only a few weeks until my baby arrives and have no idea if the item I ordered will ever arrive. Have asked multiple times for a full refund but they keep asking for more time to resolve the issue!

Incompetent, awful company. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered three Lino's from Vinyl Flooring and although they're still wrapped up in cellophane I can tell that they're really good quality. Wrapped up snug as bug to so they won't be damaged when I open them. Big thank you to Anurag who I had a very pleasant back and forth with online. The customer service is obviously top notch so I'll happily recommend this company to you. Many thanks.

Delay in delivering product caused unforseen issues. The customer the flooring had been purchased for died unexpectedly resulting in the product being kept for 2 weeks before I was able to fit it for the family. However when the vinyl was unwrapped it had been rolled so tightly at each end with shrink wrap before placing in the outer wrap the product was badly creased and unusable. I contacted supplier who stated that it had been delivered in perfect condition, clearly they don't read emails properly as I made it perfectly clear how and where the damage was. It was not visible damage when it arrived, if it had been I would have refused delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LATE / DELAYED DELIVERIES.. NO COMMUNICATION, until I phoned to chase up delivery. An overall bad experience.

Delivery was quick and delivered to door by parcelforce , vinyl is excellent quality for the price I paid , only for a hallway which has high traffic so didn’t want to spend too much , several people have commented how lovely it looks :) overall very pleased from start to finish

I ordered the 11mm Pure underlay. It arrived promptly and the underlay was excellent quality.

Will use Vinyl Flooring again.

Great value for vinyl flooring compared to what I’d seen online. The design is attractive, and the quality is excellent. My only issue is that the tile pattern was cut unevenly at both ends, which meant the fitter couldn’t centre it properly—so the final result isn’t quite as polished as I’d hoped. V0034550

Only negative was dispatch time but this did fall over a weekend and a bank holiday.

That would be my only negative is that it a can take a little while to be delivered.

The vinyl flooring I found at Vinyl Flooring UK was everything I was looking for.
I had searched everywhere and was losing hope, then I stumbled upon the one I bought from this company.
The delivery was swift and came days before the estimated delivery date.
I would definitely recommend this company.

We ordered a couple of boxes of Firmfit LVT for our cloakroom. Vinyl Flooring had the best price, including delivery by some margin and offered a further Easter 5% discount. Our items were dispatched quickly, arriving 4 days after ordering. One of the two boxes had a few damaged pieces and upon contacting Vinyl Flooring, they happily arranged a replacement box, which was inspected before sending and very well wrapped. The replacement box arrived in perfect condition and all pieces were A1. Excellent customer service and support, would definitely buy from them again. Thank you.
