Bought a remnant flooring 4mx1.5m. Flooring itself is lovely and a great price however item arrived wasn't the right size and was 47cm short leaving it too small for room.

I ordered some vinyl flooring. When it arrived it was completely the wrong colour and was damaged. I emailed the company and called over 20 times to be told someone will come back to me … nothing all day. Customer service is nonexistent. I will never use this company again. Disgusting

Our vinyl flooring is great! We absolutely love it. It looks great. Vinyl Flooring were a pleasure to deal with. kept me updated regularly with regards to order dispatch / delivery etc. Quality of flooring is good even at a reasonable price. Order #VF100013731: Third time of using Vinyl Flooring UK and they never let me down. Great products, fast service & supply - and great prices too. One very small moan would be that they can't give a delivery date straight away, you have to wait for the email confirmation. But that's not really such a big deal. The flooring's wrapped really well to counter most general delivery damage, ie. scraping, I'll be ordering from them again very soon for the next part of my flooring project!

The order confirmation isn't the most modern looking, but the process was really straight forward and the flooring it really good quality. It's not flimsy and it looks and feels really good quality, so I'd definitely give it a 10 and I'll be ordering again when I get around to doing my kitchen up
